OMG!! We just happened to be walking by, looking for a nice place to have dinner in Palm Beach and stopped at Santucci ristorante to inquire. The reception was friendly and welcoming to start and we loved the ambiance, joking with the manager when he stated that this was « the place » for real good Italian food. OMG, was he right. Everything, I mean everything was incredible. From the calamari’s appetizer quality and presentation to the main dishes (I had the Osso buco, best ever, wow!) to deserts (tiramisu and crème brûlée), everything was amazing. The service was friendly, personalized and professional as one can only hope for in a high end restaurant. We were a party of 4 and all came out with only praises about our unexpected surprise « find » (we’re not from the area). Sometimes, life just makes it good for you. Please visit and try this place. I know we will and bring others. Thank you for the experience.

We absolutely loved this restaurant! The food, drinks and service were all outstanding. We especially loved the fried burrata appetizer special. We appreciated that the server didn't rush us and let us set the pace. We also loved the ambiance. We can't wait to go back again very soon!!

We enjoy this restaurant, the food, and the ambiance. My wife ordered the ossobuco which was prepared well but was missing a delicious gravy that should have been made from the pan drippings.

My date sat down while I went to put in meter money and no one even approached her to offer a drink. I was gone for 10-15 minutes. We got wine and there was only 2 servers for the whole Rest, so we got poor service. Overall, I like going, but usually sit at the bar. Was my first time at a table and will reconsider this next time.

This place is an authentic Italian gem in terms of food, wine list and service. Great place at the head of Clematis Street.

We've been there before. Unfortunately things have gone down from previous visits. Service was not on point. My husbands swordfish was quite thin and his prosciutto was slice too thick. We like this place so we were disappointed when we brought friends there who drove one hour to meet us

I must admit I'm embarrassed that after this restaurant has been open for 10 years, this is the first time I'm visiting such a wonderful place. When we arrived, Selena, one of the owners sat us at the bar, went over the wine menu and asked us to wait a few moments while the table was finished being set. The bartenders were friendly and hospitable, and we waited just a few minutes to be seated. While we waited, we took in the beauty of the restaurant. Everything was clean, crisp, white, and just very elegant. Once we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter. Gianluca, who promptly went over the specials. Then we ordered wine and the antipasto appetizer. They brought out some focaccia bread with olive oil and vinegar as well. Everything was delicious, and the meats and cheeses were top-notch. My husband ordered the papardelle bolognese and I ordered the chef special duck Ragu with fettuccine. The homemade pasta was outstanding. Both sauces on both pastas were amazing. The flavors and technique were so present in each bite. We finished the meal off with the cannoli and tiramisu. The cannoli was one of the best cannolis I've ever had. You can just tell every piece was homemade from scratch and the tiramisu was out of this world! The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Parking was also not a problem as they had valet right out front but we were able to find street parking. Pricing was just right for ambience and location. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem.

Restaurant Santucci is in the heart of WPB near other restaurants and bars. The white lights on Clematis St. with people in the area give an air of a street party. Valet parking curbside. Restaurant Santucci doesn't disappoint. Truly first rate and with heart, the cuisine is innovative, skillfully executed and presented with care. The atmosphere feels European-modern with a kiss of Hollywood comfort. Banquettes and tables fill the space that is elegantly appointed in white and gold. The pasta bolognese was just as it should be, rich meaty and with curly-edge flat pasta. The swordfish special was a broad thinly cut portion that was flash grilled leaving it juicy and moist. The fish was accompanied by a perfect little salad of a very fresh green mix with orange slices that was perfectly refreshing. We aren't cannoli lovers... until a plate was served at the next table! These beautiful creations look as fresh as ever and house made. A generous portion arrived on a dinner-size plate that had been dusted in cocoa. The cannolis stacked with the ends dipped in chopped pistachios. We also ordered the Carmel Gelato that was served at the perfect temp was very enjoyable. This version was a departure of the usual iteration and the consistency of just churned. Light caramel base with small chocolate- caramel pieces mixed in that we very much enjoyed. This place is relaxing, romantic, has indoor and outside seating. Treat yourself to a relaxing evening of beautiful cuisine!

Used to be excellent. The service was weak, with a poor attitude and we still have not received several small things we requested like bread with our mussel appetizer. Food was TERRIBLE. All 4 of our entrees were poorly prepared, and not at all what was expected. Manager; this guy was awful. We requested to speak to him twice. He never came over. Finally, I got up and found him. He said he's been busy....for 15 minutes? C'mon! He came to our table and assured us that the entrees were exactly perfect. REALLY???? One was totally inedible and the other three were not made well and totally disappointing. Oh, the apps were good. FYI, I've eaten all over the world from Michelin 3 stars to neighborhood places and have never had such a bad experience. This is not a cheap place....for the prices they are charging you should get great service, top notch food, and caring management. This place failed all three. This owner has a BIG problem!!!

This is a fantastic restaurant. Excellent take on classic modern Italian dishes. Kitchen is outstanding. Service is outstanding. Wine list is outstanding. One of a kind in South Florida.
