Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Went yesterday and the ice cream was very good. A little pricey honestly but I was helped by Kayla and she was very friendly and hospitable ,will definitely be back!!

I love the creamy texture of the frozen custard. My favorite is the coffee flavor. If you haven't tried frozen custard, add Rita's to your bucket list.

For of all it took a couple of minutes to get my order. Even though two people saw me at the window. I ordered a concrete and imagined my surprise when the brought me a pint size cup. I can't believe they charge 9 dollars for 12 oz. I am sorry but you can go Culvert and get larger concrete mixer for 3 dollars less. This was ripped off with crappy service. Less learned. How your put cream in cup with no top lid.

Owner is terrible. Awful attitude. He disrespected me and my family. He was rude when we asked for the video for the police and refused. Don’t give this disrespectful person another cent. Cecile’s or Sloan’s has better product. We spent $60.00 there last week for the owner to just be so condescending.
Years later owner still sucks

Clean quick, I just don't like the outside line and amount of people in line. So it's good. I just rather it have an inside area instead of being like a concession stand.

Terrible. just terrible. I'm literally 11 years old right now, and it was the 21 this year on June and it took us a waste of time to get there, we wanted simple orders, My little brother wanted a large cone with vanilla custard and sprinkles, and we got it, wasn't even a swirl. Literally a glop of icecream, he couldn't even eat it, it was falling apart. I had wanted a large cup of banana custard and this happened before we got our stuff, I wanted it with whip cream on it and this girl came out here with a cup of vanilla, and it was more sturdy then when she came out with the correct order and my little brother's order, we literally had to leave and they can't even take 50 or 100 dollar bills. Y'all have a freezer problem aswell, Dum and dummer working together, race Trac is a gas station and has better ice cream than Rita's
