Clean quick, I just don't like the outside line and amount of people in line. So it's good. I just rather it have an inside area instead of being like a concession stand.

Terrible. just terrible. I'm literally 11 years old right now, and it was the 21 this year on June and it took us a waste of time to get there, we wanted simple orders, My little brother wanted a large cone with vanilla custard and sprinkles, and we got it, wasn't even a swirl. Literally a glop of icecream, he couldn't even eat it, it was falling apart. I had wanted a large cup of banana custard and this happened before we got our stuff, I wanted it with whip cream on it and this girl came out here with a cup of vanilla, and it was more sturdy then when she came out with the correct order and my little brother's order, we literally had to leave and they can't even take 50 or 100 dollar bills. Y'all have a freezer problem aswell, Dum and dummer working together, race Trac is a gas station and has better ice cream than Rita's

My last visit to Rita’s sucked. The manager made my mango ice with vanilla custard, and it was hardly any vanilla custard . he cheats the customer very rude bad customer service he is. This is the one on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Going to Rita,s this Italian ice supposed to be a really good time of the day and a good relaxing experience but it sucked . He ruined it for us very arrogant and not professional, I won’t be seeing you no time soon and I will not recommend it to any of my friends . We all know that you are worried about your food cost. That’s why you put very little custard on your product. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I love Rita's but the price of sandwiches is ridiculous. $25 for a 6 pack leaves a sour taste.

The best Custard if anywhere. the cream ices were delicious.
