Not crowded at all.
I went there last night 9/20/2025 I got the brutal chocolate chips and cookie doe ice cream looked like a drink by the mango lease it was gross I ask her to make another flavor and they refuse even after I explained I thought I was getting a drink with chocolate is was mainly vanilla . She and the guy refused to remake anything for me or fix the problem . Even after I tipped so I'll never be ba k here again don't waste your time
Their ice cream is ok. However, having been a customer for years, they cut their portions so small, I'm still hungry and would have to order twice as much, but their prices still remain so high. Won't order from them again.

Went yesterday and the ice cream was very good. A little pricey honestly but I was helped by Kayla and she was very friendly and hospitable ,will definitely be back!!
I love the creamy texture of the frozen custard. My favorite is the coffee flavor. If you haven't tried frozen custard, add Rita's to your bucket list.
For of all it took a couple of minutes to get my order. Even though two people saw me at the window. I ordered a concrete and imagined my surprise when the brought me a pint size cup. I can't believe they charge 9 dollars for 12 oz. I am sorry but you can go Culvert and get larger concrete mixer for 3 dollars less. This was ripped off with crappy service. Less learned. How your put cream in cup with no top lid.
Best coconut cream cream ice ever
Owner is terrible. Awful attitude. He disrespected me and my family. He was rude when we asked for the video for the police and refused. Don’t give this disrespectful person another cent. Cecile’s or Sloan’s has better product. We spent $60.00 there last week for the owner to just be so condescending.
