I typically go to piere 8 seafood but they are closed at the moment so I thought I’d try this place on village. To start the food was like a 7 to me. I didn’t get two potatoes only one and the corn was only half of one. Not even a full one. The sauce was super watery. I got a pound of shrimp. It’s as if they threw the shrimp in the sauce and didn’t drain the shrimp. Making the sauce super watery. Okay whatever ya know. Thinks happen, wasn’t awful. Well, I now have food poisoning. I’ve been violently throwing up since 2 am. Straight liquid coming out the other. I’m dizzy hot and sweaty. I will never ever ever ever eat here again. I’m so sick and miserable right now. I just wish I’d stop.

This review is more so about customer service than (food ) But I don’t care a bout our great the food is great customer service is what keep your customers coming back

Ive been coming to rocking crabs for years to the point where I give my number and they know my name Already!

First experience I called to place a pick up order when I payed the lady at the register was hesitant to give me my food not sure why
Once I left a tall guy came out and chase me I thought he assumed I didn’t pay. Due to the fact they have a lot of dine and dashes but it’s very embarrassing and no apology was given ! Not all black people steal !

I decided I’m in the mood for some blue crab vI decided to give Rock crab another try very hesitant after the last situation .
I walked in proceeded to pay for me food once my receipts printed I had to ask her to hand me phone food even after I paid she was holding my food hostage like what the hell I’m so pissed like I was going to run out with my food even though my transaction had already been approved she was very hesitant to hand me my order.

It’s clear you guys have a stereotype problem
You guys have lost a long time costumer

I’m fresh off work I pay for everything I don’t have to steal your crabs ! You should blow those pictures you have posted up a little bigger.

Disgrace and to think you guys act have good seafood but it will always be about customer service for me ! And to that rocking crab good riddance if you want to be treated like a thief this is the perfect place to eat .

Guess I’ll learn how to catch my own crabs now. 🎣

The place was very nice and clean, and the service was excellent. My family and I really enjoyed watching the robot bring out the orders, it was such a fun experience! The food was delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly made.

The atmosphere is fun, but not all seating was available. It would have been nice to sit in a quieter area.

I recently visited this establishment while visiting from my great state of SC! We wanted some seafood and chose this restaurant & were not disappointed.
Upon walking in, we were greeted & seated quickly. The hostess came over within a few minutes & was very pleasant/attentive.
The atmosphere was attractive, clean, peaceful & we got what we paid for! The food was seasoned appropriately, came out in a reasonable time & Rocky the robot assisted 😄
If back in the area, we'd definitely return. If you're visiting or live in the area give them a try👍

i traveled all the way to west palm to be disappointed: The staff was rude from the jump, acting like we were a problem just for being there. They wouldn’t even let us order happy hour at a regular table, which is ridiculous. Then the food came out bland and unseasoned, definitely not worth the high prices they’re charging. Once we asked for more they said we had to pay more. If you’re gonna overcharge, at least serve something worth eating. Won’t be back, and wouldn’t recommend.

The service was great. Our waiter was attentive, patience and friendly. He was helpful with making selection, he suggested food for the kids as well. He checked on us several times great meal for the price and the atmosphere. Drinks were great. And we didn’t have to wait. Walked in and went straight to our table.

Arrived at Rock’N Crab for a late lunch early dinner around 3pm. Place was very quiet as there were only a couple of tops being served. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Shortly thereafter our server Karla took our drink order. She returned promptly with our drinks and told our appetizer order of a dozen raw oysters and some cheese sticks. Within 6 minutes Karla and Rocky (the robot tender) arrived with our appetizers. Rocky returned to serve other customers while Karla
Took our main course order. Steamed lobster, crabs, shrimp with corn and potatoes and we added sausage. The food arrived promptly and let me tell you, it was amazing. Steamed to perfection with a wonderful Cajun sauce that was spectacular.

Do yourself a favor and stop in here. You will not regret it. Oh, I forgot the crosssaint beignets. Oh my God.
