Says it’s open till 12 AM it’s 859 on a Friday night and they’re closed and so is everything else in this airport if you have a late flight do not want to go out of here because you literally are in a zombie apocalypse

Sat at the bar waiting for 15 minutes and no service.

I was told that the bartender was on break and the other person was covering, but when he was asked to take my order, he said he had five tables and he was too busy

Today was my second time here and both times I was very pleasantly surprised at how good their food was. I was not expecting to see all the negative reviews. I was here both times in the afternoon and the staff was also great. No complaints at all.

Sat down to a dirty bar in an empty restaurant with at least three people working that I could see I wiped bar myself with a napkin and then I guess that annoyed her so she felt the need to get the spray to wipe it down and spray it on me and then when I went to wipe it off, she told me it wouldn’t kill me I said well I went in my mouth so OK.

You would think after 4 visits I would learn. But they're the only game in town at the airport. Sooooo maddening that they never have enough help!! Hey owners of Rooney's - you are awful. Your staff, God bless 'em deserve a medal.

It’s not open 24 hours despite what it says in Google. Could be a good spot to hang at the airport, but sadly it is not a refuge for late night travelers - I can verify that.

Would NOT recommend for good food or fast service.

Rooney's Public House is a delightful spot for a satisfying meal in the Palm Beach International Airport. The grilled chicken sandwich and fries were simply delicious. My server, Michael, was attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and my drink complemented the meal nicely. Overall, a very good experience at Rooney's Public House.

I get why the reviews here are so bad. It's possible they have good food but you may never find out. I'm surprised that MSHost hasn't done something about it. My complaint is that they don't have any allergen information about their food. I actually thought that was required by law. When I asked about it the host asked the bar tender who said they don't have an allergen menu or book or any other information. So I would strongly recommend any place that doesn't know what's in their food.

Great Rueben and fries. A sit down restaurant so don’t be in a hurry

Had a terrible experience at Rooney's Irish Pub at PBI. Arrived at 5:30 pm, only to be promptly turned away by the bartender from across the restaurant, claiming they were about to close and not accepting any more guests. The sign says they close at 6:00 pm, and Google states midnight as the closing time—talk about conflicting information! This kind of disorganized and misleading business practice is unacceptable. Won't be coming back.

You know it's bad when every other table is complaining loudly about the poor service. I think communication goes a long ways, and the employees didn't communicate what you would normally expect at a place like this. I would have been okay with that if it wasn't branded as an Irish pub with a bar and low-lighting. I noticed multiple tables with a ton of abandoned food left on plates, which is never a good sign. I wasn't helped for several minutes which was also the experience of another table (they approached the hostess and asked if they were supposed to order at the bar). At one point, a group angrily stormed out, citing poor service. I had to approach the bar to get my bill and pay.
Despite the non-existent service and lack of effort put into customer service, I will add a star because I was able to order a nice tuna salad (I'm gluten free) and the price was pretty reasonable considering it's an airport (however, the price on the receipt was higher than the price on the menu....).
