I had to approach the desk and request that we be seated - the restaurant was empty at this time and we were trying to eat dinner before an event and had allowed two hours for this. Very slow to take drink orders and then slow to bring drinks. Food was placed at the wrong settings after being auctioned off at the table. Steaks not cooked properly. Absolutely never mind paying for great find and service, but we paid dearly for both subpar food and service. Not what it used to be.

The traditional expectation that a meal at Ruth's Chris will be "the best" holds true at this restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach. Everything inside was just as it should be. The only thing that would hold me back from returning is the parking situation. They share a valet service with adjacent CityPlace--and it is expensive ($25 + tip) compared to a stand-alone restaurant where parking is provided. With that caveat I would definitely recommend Ruth's Chris to others.
My first visit and certainly not the last, by far one of my best ever experiences. This restaurant is amazing, we checked in, patiently waiting for a booth that the gorgeous hostesses were willing to clean for us. Those green KING chairs are so super comfy!We sat down in our adorable booth, the person that stood out the most was our server assistant; Richard, Oh my God, he is a GEM, he literally was the only s.a on the floor, he started us off with water , bread which was delicious and just so soft! Kudos to the baker ! The butter melted both on the baguette as well as my mouth ?Our beautiful server Alexandria, took such great care of us. I know it was busy last night and I could see , she had a number of tables to take care of yet she never neglected us. Always came around to ask how we are and If the food and drinks are good, if we needed anything Even the managers of the floor were just so detailed orientated. Always enquired how we are , The handsome guys who dropped our food, carefully explained temp or plates.Everything was just wonderful, myself and my husband's steaks had to be sent back, temp was a touch of, which were not a big deal, once done ...I swear I received a new ribeye... This is just amazing service! We're South African and working at ADMIRALS COVE CLUB, myself in reservations, my husband's a baker and my friend is a chef! We work in Hospitality so we know the drill however sometimes it's difficult to just have ppl treat you good and boy This Team went above and beyond!!! Oh yes, how can I forget my dear best friend: The Bartender, I ordered the following: lemon drop, blackberry sidecar and a rocks rita and BY FAR the most delicious cocktail ever was the BLACKBERRY Sidecar, who ever came up with that cocktail is Genius!Last but not least , there was a hostess by the podium/Fdesk, that was just courteous, we literally left almost closing time and wanted watch the basketball game, she was so nice , gave us directions. First time at this Ruth Chris. Great service, wonderful decor, quiet, food was fabulous. All in all a wonderful night. Will definitely go back. They run a great operation. Very professional, clean and service oriented. HHH
Always a 5 Star experience! One of the best Happy Hours in South Florida!!! Our go to before a Performance at the Kravis Center. Excellent service, food quality and choices, and wine, cocktails! We always order the zucchini fries! It's a must! Crispy and full of flavor, a huge portion enough to share!! I order the spicy shrimp and the 8 large plump shrimp are so yummy and definitely have a kick! My favorite! My sister ordered the cheeseburger with fries! Cooked to perfection! Rare!!! Absolutely delicious! Jimmy at the bar actually remembers my drink! He's hospitality with a smile!! I highly recommend!

We have been to quite a few wine dinners at this venue and have always enjoyed them. Something was off, last night, we were not seated till about 7:20 pm, event was to begin at 7 pm. The lamb chop course was served to half the room and the other half had to wait quite awhile. As always, food was good and service is fantastic, not sure what the delays were? Thank you.
Our children visited the ROMBAUER tasting with us, and we had a wonderful time! The wine is always excellent, the food was consistently delicious—kudos to Chef Joseph—and the service was typically superior. We will continue to attend Ruths Chris in West Palm Beach, Florida again and again and again!

Usually my reviews of Ruth's Chris are superlative. The food was as delicious as usual, but the service was extremely slow. It was odd, too, in that the restaurant was not full.

This was my first time at Ruth's Chris, but I dont really see all the hype. The steak was a bit chewy, not something I'd go back for again.
Everything was right on. I felt like we paid for an expensive meal and service and received exactly that. Enjoyed the time with my wife on our anniversary. Everything was perfect and Rita was outstanding taking over control of the table from me and rolling us through perfect courses.

Juan, our server, was polite and attentive. The ahi tuna appetizer was delicious and the crab cake appetizer, which consist of 2 full-sized crab cakes, was sufficient as an entree for me. We look forward to returning.
