Serving cold food isn’t cool at all they done lost they touch will never return

This is regarding the restaurant. The good is this. They have us a wait time, and that’s how long it took. The yellowtail meal and fish and chips were good. The wait staff was pleasant. The not so good. The steaks were both undercooked with no seasoning whatsoever. Also, they ran out of 6oz and only had 8oz for $22 more. The build a meal is no value at all. Ordered grouper and was given a tiny portion of mahi (the lowest cost option). It was dry. No way to let anyone know as the waitress never came back until the bill. Not even to top off water or ask if anyone wanted more soda. We go here every year and this was the first time the service and food fell way short. One or the other and we’d give them another chance. Both and we will not return. We just felt taken advantage of for a bill that was several hundred dollars.

Not at all impressed. The only thing they have going for them is their location. Got there early, four thirty , very few people were there and it took fifteen minutes to get cocktails. Wife ordered a salad came with no tomatoes, no cucumbers just a pile of greens for eighteen dollars. Friend ordered shrimp scampi, shrimp we're mushy and smelled of ammonia. Totel waste of money!!

We were told the wait would be 25 min. Checked after 45 min told there were 2 parties ahead of us. There were at least 3 empty tables as we waited another 20 min to be seated. Received the wrong order, which was quickly replaced by the correct one, however it was under cooked and needed to be viewed by the kitchen. By this point it was too late, over 2 and a half hours since our arrival, and my husband had finished his meal. They took my meal off the bill and we left. The problem started with the front desk. She failed to notify us, and then put us at the back of the line.

Terrible! Way overpriced and the food was not good. They also have an attitude. Not what it used to be. A new place opened next store and my friends tell me it is outstanding! If you are going to charge what sailfish does you better have a quality product and they don’t.

0.5 Stars I prefer making a positive Review and would but for the audacity of management to send out what must be the Guiness Book of World Records winner for the most minuscule bowl of Bahamian Conch Chowder ever served. It's one thing if you were to charge me $2-3 for it, but NOOOOO--$12 TWELVE DOLLARS! Admittedly, it truly is as good as conch chowder gets. However, I wish I could show you just how petite that bowl is. With my normal 25% gratuity ($3) + tax (0.84) it comes out to $15.84. You think I'll be back? Ps I am a local, not just passing through.

I keep on coming back to this place for many years. The atmosphere is great, specially to watch the sunset. The tiki bar is nice too. The food is ok, but not great. The French fries are below average.

Total shit show. Showed up with friends and ordered drinks and food. Friends got food. My food didn’t show up for 45 minutes after I checked on it 3 times. On top of that it was even wrong. Of course still got charged for it all. No apologies. So maybe I’m a 1 off but definitely won’t be back. Thoroughly disappointed.

Went for a late lunch and sat for over 20 minutes before we got up and asked if someone would be waiting on us. Staff continually walking past. Asked for drinks and waters. Drinks brought no water. Was Asked if I would like soy sauce for my sushi roll and replied yes. Never received. Only saving grace food was very good. Needless to say 10% tip. Do better.

The food is NOT GOOD. Got gas station plantain chips with my club sandwich. Everything they sell is about double the price of what it should be- even the $75 sweatshirt. This place is a total racket. Get a drink and walk around the docks, everything else is insultingly expensive and poor quality.

We ordered the shrimp and crabmeat dip,. It was very disappointing. It was very fishy tasting. North Carolina coast has a better crab dip appetizers.

My boyfriend has been a local boater here for 20+ years. As we went to go dock and fill up gas, my friend who had ubered from Miami to this marina, we were told that there was going to be a $500 pick up fee. For as long as he’s lived here, there’s never been a pick up fee and he has picked up multiple people dozens of times. The woman that was working, Lynn, who calls herself a manager, not only was rude, but so adamant about charging us $500 to pick up my friend she wasn’t even paying attention to other people dropping and picking up people in their boats. Highly recommend not wasting any time with their lack of hospitality, and horrible service, but also their food sucks. They are entitled, and rude. We will no longer be going back for their over priced gas and bad hospitality.
