Since they stopped serving sushi I won’t be coming here anymore unfortunately.

They said 15-20 minutes for a table, it took almost an hour. My parking time bout to run out. I still haven’t got my food…. Ian eat all day and it’s my birthday. Idk if they low on workers but it’s only the best for me Thangya…

For starters it was my first time eating at this place and our chef (A OLD MAN THAT LOOKS 70ish) just wheeled his little cart over like he was tired of working. He didnt even speak to the 6 people at the table not even a “how you doing” he cooked and didn’t speak or look up one time. I WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE TABLE THAT ORDERED ONLY VEGGIES AND A ENTREE’…. HE GAVE ME A LITTLE SIDE OF VEGGIES BUT HE KNEW I DIDNT ORDER RICE AND SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME DOUBLE VEGGIES. He had the type of body language like he didn’t want to be at work and didn’t want to be bothered. I spoke to the female manager, and she had a big grin on her face, smiling throughout the whole complaint and replied “ Most people work here 10 years so it’s understandable” I repeat my complaint again and she smiled with the same smile and say yes, I understand…. This place was horrible experience and I see why Benihana’s is #1

I’m saddened to say our overall experience was disappointing. We’ve been to this location along with many others numerous times and usually for special occasions. When you think hibachi you expect a great little show, happy chef, and great food. We got barely a smile from our chef. Barely a cracked egg trick and barely any communication. Food was prepared so fast and the restaurant was empty, so no need to rush. We had asked for some flavor to be added as all we noticed was butter and we were told no all you get is garlic butter. No soy sauce was added to the rice no flavor just some scrambled egg. We remember when it used to be sooooo good that we would want to return again the next day. Unfortunately with this experience we will probably not be returning at all.

We gathered for my God son 13th Birthday celebration. One of the chefs was rude, they didn’t have enough of meat for some of us! A lady who was the us went and complained about the lil portion of meat. The manager came over, she didn’t care. I will not be going back! They were rude, no one got the experience that we were looking forward to!

We came here for a birthday celebration and was really disappointed. The whole point of hibachi is the fun, engaging experience with the chef, but our chef didn’t say a single word to us the entire time—not even a smile. It felt rushed and impersonal, which completely took away from the atmosphere we were expecting for a special occasion. Definitely not the kind of birthday experience we had hoped for.

Terrible customer service. The staff clearly needs serious training on how to treat people with basic respect. The girl who was suppose to be helping me (Silvia) was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering her just by being there. No professionalism, no courtesy, and zero effort to provide actual customer service. If this is how the staff represents the business, it says a lot about the management too. Absolutely unacceptable.

The staff (Silvia) was clearly inexperienced and seemed to lack even the most basic customer service skills. Management should seriously invest in staff training to ensure that future guests don't endure the same frustrations. This place needs to seriously rethink its staff.

Food made me throw up, specifically told the cook to please not mix with Shrimp and he did, and was charged $40 for a meal that would cost $20 and would be better at Benihana, no refund offered after I ate maybe a 1/4 of the plate. Sorry guys, do better.

Been coming here for years and every time has been worse and worse and worse. I’m so disappointed with these service from the hostesses, waitstaff and even the chef. The food even taste cheap and bland. Kimura is way better.

They lost a customer. Thankfully I went there for work, but they added an 18% gratuity. I added $10 without realising this because they had the machine. Essentially gave a 30% tip for poor service. Will not be back!

If you have a large party and are looking to accommodate this is a great place! Food was great. Staff was extremely friendly and they made us feel welcome!
