This place is kinda hidden, hard to find. Went on a Thursday and we were the only customers. The service was great! Soup & salad were delicious. The food was okay, wished the chicken and seasoned a bit more. They do charge for fried rice (which should be included) and 18% gratuity regardless of group size.
Rude, average and pricey, generally these Japenese themed joint are just average and pricey, but Saito throw in laminated signs with their rules and and rude customer service. For some reason my teen age kid wants use to come here on her birthday, I resent every moment.
Food was good but not worth the prices charged. Our cook was friendly but not engaging or entertaining at all. They have the nerve to charge a mandatory 18%. I am good with that, but only if you earned it. You choose hibachi for the flare, don't expect it here. The wait staff was super nice, talked with us at length, I hope he got some of that tip.
