My son & I drove from Boynton Beach to Palm Beach Airport specifically to have dinner and watch airplanes like we always do for years. We arrived September 11,2025 at 5:30 pm. Upon arriving the lady informed us they were about to close, I told her we checked the website before we came and it says they are open until 9:00pm. We made the trip for nothing. The employee was unapologetic and said oh well. Bad way to run a business/restaurant

Putting greens and pool table for entertainment. Our waitress Nadia was wonderful and attentive. Spicy Bloody Mary was excellent. Breakfast tacos were good, avocado toast was fresh, and the breakfast potatoes were hot and fresh.

I wouldn’t normally review a restaurant in an airport, but considering how poor the food and service have become at most, I feel obligated. For those that have flown in or out of PBI, you already know this is one of the nicest in the country. Sam Snead’s adds to this with a small well run corporate location with very good (pub style) food, very reasonable prices (half of most major airports) and excellent service. Yes Virginia, at Sam Snead’s you can still place your order with and receive excellent service from a real person. If you are at PBI, this is the place to eat and drink. For you golfers, there is also has a nice indoor putting green.

I love that the kids can pass the time playing mini golf here. The food was okay. Service wasn’t the beast. From not knowing how to access the all day breakfast menu initially, standing in the front and never being acknowledged, then having to ask 3 times. We are, then I paid in cash. My waitress tipped herself ten bucks by bringing me 5 bucks change instead of the 15 I was owed and allowing me to choose my own tip initially. We got it straightened own in the end.

Walked in and said hello cause I did not see anyone . Lady came out angry saying there is no need to yell . We walked out immediately . Horrible service

Staff was very rude. The sign said seat yourself then the waitress went out of her way to come tell us the table we sat at was inconvenient for her. The scan-to-order wouldn’t work and nobody would take our order so we finally went somewhere else to eat.

They've got a sign right out front breakfast all day I get there at 10:15 in the morning waitress never came around so then I went and sat at the bar and they said they don't have any eggs!!! Everybody had a bad attitude I will not be back I come through this airport quite a bit!

Ate here when our flight was delayed by 5 hours. Neat place with a putting green. Our salads were good, but the service was poor. Our waiter acted like he would rather be anywhere else

Very lovely bright area in with great airports view in the main terminal (outside of security zone). Amazing values. Order and pay on webpage based on QR code unique to each table.

The food was so-so, on par with most airport restaurants but the putt putt course is a must do, especially if you’re flying with little ones. We were able to have a drink while our toddler played around on the course. Great way to get the giggles out before a long flight. He slept like a baby afterwards.

Madge is an extremely kind, warm and hardworking bartender. She made my experience here memorable. Food was solid. Service was exceptional. I'll come back here any time I'm at PBI.

Really poor experience at this restaurant. First of all, the ordering process is done via phone and QR code, which in and of itself isn't necessarily a problem. However, when that system doesn't work things get problematic. We were with another party that also had ordering issues, but once everything went through, we thought we were good. So about 25 minutes pass and our friend's food is finally served. We wait another 15 minutes and by this time, they've already finished. We had asked for the status a couple of times only to be told that "I'm just the hostess.". The place is not crowded by any means btw. With our food nowhere in sight, we just ended up cancelling our order altogether as our flight time was getting close. After our friends paid for their check, our food magically appeared as we were getting up to leave. Anyway, maybe they were just having a bad day, but all I know is that I'll never try it again.

Worst burger I have ever had. Even the fries had no flavor.
