They target and stare down Black people at the self checkout as if they are on the 10 most wanted list making paid members feel quite uncomfortable. So rude and disrespectful... have experienced this on multiple occasions. I noticed that they don't do this to white customers at the self check out. I will be switching my memberships to another buying club . Black people deserve better treatment than this. Beware...active profiling...

They don't even deserve one star. This Sams is the worst one of the Fleet. Tried calling to speak to the manager Friday. I was on hold 29 minutes. I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up to check on me. Is the manager that busy that I had to wait 30 minutes? Today, Monday I called the store to make an appointment to get my eyes examined. The optical department is small. I called twice and it rang and rang, again NOBODY picked up both times. Sure they give you 20% off on frames, but try and make an appointment............it ain't gonna happen. Last year I used their so-called curbside pick-up. I had to go inside to pick-up my order. Why have curb-side if you have to walk inside the store tot the cage?? That location is run by an idiot. READ the other reviews. We all say the same thing.

Chicken had some weird stuff on the skin and in different areas. After researching online i found it looked most similar to fly eggs. I had just purchased the chicken and had not even removed the seal on the packaging when i noticed the eggs. I sent an email to the customer service but never heard back. Unacceptable.

Every time I pick up an order for my company from this location it is always a terrible experience. Thistime around it was so bad I had to write a review. First, I call beforehand to check on my order because in the past it has never been ready on time. When I call I am continuously put on hold, and when someone does answer and I begin to try to talk I am put on hold again. I give up trying to call and go to pick up my order. When I get to the store I try to do curbside pick up and am told I have to go inside. I go inside and none of the staff knows where to pick up an order. I am directed to the return line where I wait for 10 minutes as one lady is working the counter and when it is my turn she tells me the pick up area is across the store. When I finally find my way to the pick up area no one is there and despite multiple staff members seeing me waiting no one stops to ask if I need help. Finally when someone gets to the pick up area what should take 5 minutes to pick up my order takes 10-15. I then get home and see that my order is missing items and some are in the wrong size. Worst store experience I have ever had. Save yourself the time and stress and do not shop here.

Order ahead and pickup in store is very convenient but not without its issues at this location. First, it was difficult to locate where the in store pickup was. The. Once found it was difficult to find someone to assist. I waited 5 minutes. Then more time added because I had selected pay upon pickup and they wanted to send me through the line. Eventually, the associate assisting me agreed to process the payment. That said, obviously prices are good for bulk items if you stick to what you need. And the make a really really good chicken salad. So throw that in your cart next time!

I used to love getting my contacts from there optical department but the lady that works there is Hella rude and I will NOT BE SPENDING ANOTHER DAMN DIME WITH THEM.

Here today with my Dad for a hearing test. We had an appointment at 4:30 with Heather Bean and were a few minutes late. Heather took her time asking my Dad questions related to him hearing and any difficulties he may have had with hearing. After completing the survey she took him inside the room and started the I would suggest that everyone have a hearing test especially if you TALK loud or always have the TV blaring.

Even by Walmart standards the customer service in this store is very bad. I had a screw in a tire and they were the closest place to get the tire fixed. I have the $100 membership. They open at 8 a.m. I stood outside until 8:10. Finally they decided to open the door. The employee taking my info moved slower than a snail. They are very rude here.
