The young black guy not sure if he’s Hispanic the one serving food has a black collar shirt bad customer service no welcoming atmosphere I he was like that was the other customer as well but when he got to me just as bad so I didn’t order for a family of five I left and went to Mexican fresh if you dint like your job if someone else another opportunity, I was able to sit there and complain about how he’s having a bad day. I’m ready to go.

1/8/24 @12:45pm Wow! Huge slice of white pizza and soooo delicious! Love Sbarro! Fresh pizza and always heated up to perfection!Great service. Both young gentlemen who assisted me were extremely helpful and friendly. I always ask for my slice to be extra hot! It came out piping hot and dripping with cheese! Crust was crispy and so tasty and the cheese was so yummy and gooey! Perfect! One of the best slices ever!!! Such an extra large slice it’s like having 2slices!In the past I’ve had their cheese bread which is absolutely delicious!The food court at the Tanger Palm Beach Outlets is always spotless and inviting! They have sports on the two TV’s and music in the background. It bright and airy! They are always disinfecting the tables in between customers.I highly recommend!!

Workers are rude. We asked for a fresh slice from a new pie that they just bought out and the employee literally rolled his eyes when I asked. Sbarros you gotta do better with customer service when your charging $7.99 PER SLICE!!!!

This guys overprice. As always I tried to get slide of pepperoni. They tried charge me $8.77. Always i paid $5.32 for it. Guy thought he is to smart when charging overprice. I asked why he doing that he just smiled me. Terrible customer service!!!

If the manager likes his job sadly he is not doing very well hiring people that at least have a little bit of customer service, not uniforms, dirty shirts, horrible customer service, cross contamination, using phones and manipulating food at the same time. Train your people, teach them how the food industry works, if you have those prices you better have a good service.

Their spaghetti meatball literally felt like it was made with cheat codes in place… team plays but they still hustle. They really compete with the taco place next to it I can’t tell which is better.. but that pasta bowl I gotta say was other worldly

Horrible experience at this eatery. It's almost as if the staff want you to eat what they prepare and not what you order. I ordered a NY style pizza and was given a Roma pizza. I explicitly mentioned my toppings and was given a pizza with mushrooms (that I said I was allergic to). Very disappointed.
Large Slices just like the same place that are located at many shopping malls throughout the United States or perhaps the East Coast. They had meal deals. But the meal deals consisted of only triangular sliced pieces together or square sliced pizzas together. One could not mix the square and the triangular sliced pizzas together in a meal deal.

Ordered a cheese pizza pie Sat afternoon and the dough tasted undercooked. I see a tendency in this at some Sbarro’s but most of the time the pizza is great! Not sure what’s going on at this food court though.

On Sunday I waited in my car 15 minutes for them to open at 11am. When I walked in around 11:05am, I was told I had to wait until 11:30am because they weren't ready... They definitely lost my sale that day. If y'all open at 11am, you need to be READY at 11am!!!!!!!!!

Last visit was last visit. Staff not motivated AT ALL for work. What should’ve been an easy transaction was such a burden. I picked here of all restaurants based on possible wait time. Pasta was ok.
