The food here is so tasty and creative, I have tried a variety of meals and it never disappoints. The online ordering system makes it so convenient to order and know exactly when your food is ready. The customer service is also so sweet, they have come to know my order and will always leave a side a mayo in my togo box, even if I don't ask :)

We frequent breweries and food trucks, and Silver Spork wins out 9 times out of 10 if we're choosing between two. We have tried the fig, goat cheese burger, their pretzel bun burger, the mahi Asian sandwich, their cheeseboard, the smoked fish dip, sooo many Parmesan truffle fries and most recently, the Oktoberfest bread bowl of potato sausage soup. It always amazes me how chef's cook such delicious food in such a small kitchen with limited equipment, but I'm constantly thankful that food trucks became so popular! We live within biking distance to Copper Point, our favorite brewery, and are always happy to see Silver Spork on the calendar. See you soon!

My friends and I shared the portabella mushroom burger, the grilled cheese (not your traditional by any means), and the truffle fries. All were DELICIOUS! Had a great convo with the owner (oh gawd! Bad at names) after they cleaned up... amazing family! And business!

I got to try Silver Spork at Mathews Brewing and was so impressed with the quality of all the food we received. The beyond burger, risotto balls, and fish dip were amazing and I could've eaten 5 more orders of the truffle fries. It was amazing service and I wish I had one where I lived.

Wow so good. The Banh Bao was legit out of control. They are like soft sticky bun asian tacos with the most amazing kimchi style garnish that melts in your mouth over pork that is exploding with flavor. Man i gotta say i wish i was closer because i would be at this truck every damn day!

I got to try Silver Spork at Copperpoint Brewery's 4 year anniversary party. I tried the Figgin Gouda Grilled Cheese and the Parmesan Truffle fries - both were absolutely delicious. My friend and I split the grilled cheese. It came with ham on it, but I don't eat ham...they were super accommodating with making half of it with ham and half without ham. I am definitely going to try to recreate the grilled cheese at home. They have a tasty looking menu so given the chance, I would definitely order from this truck again.
