The first time I went it was amazing !!!! Recently went back it’s NO GOOD the bright skin lady with dreads is very rude she’s bad for business I see all these reviews concerning her and her attitude it’s very sad when you choose to spend your hard earned money just to be treated horribly not a good look for your business

The food, the family, the music. It’s a vibe and phenomenal! This spot is a must! Jerk chicken, oxtails, rice & peas, cabbage, mac salad, and the coconut cake from next door. So good. Thank you!

I went this place today, and the cashier name Candy had a very nasty wicked attitude towards me, maybe because i was an American, food was good decent but I want be going back there, I always wonder why restaurants put the people with the worst attitudes in the front

I ordered catering from them last minute and they were unbelievable. The service was incredible, they were all so kind. And then the food was literally to die for. The best jamician food I have ever had. My entire company came back for seconds and even took the leftovers to go.
This place is a secret but I dont think for long they are definitely going some where. I will be back to enjoy a nice meal in their beautiful resturant soon. :)

High recommend this place the food is so so so good and authentic and enough flavor the rice and peas amazing the Jerk Chicken was so so good and the mac salad so so good I love it. The portion are big and everything was just so so good definitely coming back again.

Monday, September 1st, 5pm. Why when I go to “certain” places they are out of the main item that makes the restaurant. Why stay open if you don’t have the main item. NO Jerk Chicken. Get real or change your hours.

The food is delicious. I visited 3 times before I was able to give a genuine honest review. It’s definitely the some of best Jamaican food that I’ve had since I’ve been living in south Florida, But the service at least for me wasn’t that great. The first time that I went the door was locked for some reason, so I had to ring the door bell. The guy that opened the door was very intimidating and kinda had me blocked in the door for a few seconds before he actually let me in. It was kinda weird !!

The second time that I went ( which is the reason for the 3stars) I order a large oxtail and the younger boy that was working that day told me that he had to see if they had enough for a large. When he made the order and I checked it once I got back to my car…

It was really only enough for a small Portion but I was still charged for a large. Plus they didn’t have the the pasta salad, which is the entire reason that I went back. So I ended up getting the cabbage, which wasn’t too great and didn’t have any flavor.

Then I went back yesterday for a third time. This time I ordered a small and the plate was made beautiful , But I didn’t like how they just kinda stood there while I was waiting to order and looked at me a couple of times before anybody even said anything.

Simmer Down catered our baby shower! They were very professional, accommodating and timely. The food was delicious, they even included items that were not included on the menu. Kaydian, the owner, worked alongside my venue to ensure all the catering paperwork was submitted ahead of their deadline. The food was delivered on the agreed upon time. The warming bag we purchased as part of our package kept the food nice and warm. Highly recommend! Will use them again!

I love this place. I was in town working. I didn't know that West Palm has a lot of Jamaican residents. Amazed to my surprise, i stared looking for food. This place came up alot. My wife and I went in to eat. It was later in the day, so the didn't have any fish which my wife wanted to try. I ordered the ox tail, and she got the jerk chicken. The service was great. The guys in the back were watching me completely smash these ox tails. When I tell you they are flavorful, tender, and soft. Thats where it is. The chicken was seasoned perfect, not spicy to my surprise. I just put some pepper sauce on it. The rice and peas are great. So I'm back in town and need this in my life again. I came through today with my co worker and again, it completely slaps ya'll. I will stop by every time I'm in town. Keep up the good work.
