We had a firm luncheon and someone mentioned for me to order Carribbean. I googled great Carribbean food and Simmer Down Bar and Grill was at the top of the list. They catered to my needs of 15 people with plenty of leftovers. The food was the best presentation I have ever seen and the flavors were out of the world. Had an incredible experience here. Customers service was awesome, super friendly people and on top of that the food was amazingggg. I’ve had some good Jamaican food in my life but this is at the top of the list. Anytime I’m back in west Palm I’ll be stopping by.

As a born and raised Jamaican who was raised by a mother that cooks exceptional Jamaican food, the food at Simmer down is authentic and very good. Love the flavor. I have only found one other place that comes close and they have very limited hours.
It was worth the drive.
