Shout Out to Vick !!! He was so sweet and made our experience GREAT!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!
Cute spot, pricey though
What a fun and sweet place!!! Great selection of flavors, candy and other desserts. Great location as well. The coconut ice cream is to die for.
Great stop for some sweets in a nice area. As with its other locations, Sloan's has a wide variety of ice cream flavors that surpass the fertile imaginations out there. Their decoration matches that. We usually order them in milkshake form, as they taste very good and are better suited for when we are on-the-go. They also have a bunch of toys so hold onto your wallets if you happen to go there with kids.
I love 💕💟🩷💖❣️💞💝💗💜❤️ how it has a lot of tetty bears 🐻
NO INDOOR SEATING?!
Was very excited to try Sloan’s Ice Cream. Went to the one on Clematis St. in West Palm Beach and they do not have indoor seating?! How does an ice cream shop in Florida not have indoor seating? I called the other Sloan’s on South Rosemary Avenue and they have indoor seating so we went there instead. What a hassle. Ended up getting the Sandcastle Sundae, $28 was a steep price for not that much ice cream (it says five scoops, but they aren’t that big). If you visit Wildwood, New Jersey and know Duffers, the five scoops for the Sandcastle Sundae perhaps matches what Duffers will give you for their regular sundae. I believe saying five scoops and a cookie in the Sandcastle Sundae just gives Sloan’s a reason to charge what they do. While the ice cream was good, this place seems over priced.
Overpriced, overhyped
The employees are very uninterested and very slow, no one wants to take orders, poor quality service.
Bland. Overpriced.

On October 20th around 10:00-10:30 in the evening my wife and I entered this shop. The short hispanic man at the cash register was speaking loudly in spanish to a hispanic woman at the cash register. The other two employees were there and were listening to their conversation. They ignored us for minutes even though they don't have another person other than us around ice cream bar. Finally I said loudly "Guys, is someone going to take care of us or are you closed?" Thereupon the short man at the cash register told me to wait a little and continued talking to the woman at the cash register. The woman he was talking to said something to me in spanish and asked us to wait. besides I think she was a customer too. 😄 He was about to take payment but they kept talking insistently. The man at the cash register who told me to wait a little looked very confident while doing so. 😂 Then the other employee next to him came and took care of us. There is no problem with the ice creams but this guy working is completely unprofessional and ineffective.

Kitschy fun little ice cream shop. Pretty good ice cream, and a lot of fun to shop at. Definitely has a lot of stuff kids will love

Extremely cheery walking in. It looks like an unseen room from the Wonka factory. The variety of flavors of ice cream and confectionaries are outstanding. The portions for price are a little too pricey for me, but that certainly didn't stop me from getting a regular - 2 scoops!
