Smoothie Whirl'd

Terrible service, I understand their schedule because I work with customer service, but if a customer is eating it is in bad taste that they just say we will close in five minutes, without even letting them finish enjoying the açaí.

My favorite smoothie place, I love all the vegan smoothies and bowls on the menu. I don't have all my receipts because I had to close a bank account after some checks were stolen.

Smoothies here taste like bitter medicine. Not too mention that the pictures they have up of "acai bowls" are misleading. Last time I went I ordered an acai bowl and thought I would get the yogurt w the fruit on top. Wrong, I got a bitter tasting smoothie. If you want some real acai bowls stick with Celis Juice Bar or 3Natives.Edit: This has been my first and only review as that was the first and last time I have been to that place.

Most inconsiderate staff. I wasnt acknowledged for a while. Once acknowledged, i asked for bathroom key while I was ordering and I was told I cant get it until i pay, while my pregnant sister is wiggling and explained that she is going to have an accident. I proceeded with my order so that my sister could get the key while I ordered and the employee stopped my order causing my pregnant sister to have an accident on herself. That is the worst experience. I didnt get to place the order. My pregnant sister was craving a smoothie and we came here just for her to have this experience.

I usually do not write reviews but this place deserves to be heard about. The smoothie I got tasted very bad when I politely asked if I could get my smoothie remade they told me that thye cannot make it again unless I payed again. The were completely rude and unprofessional from the start, I was served by a girl with tattoos and piercings, she was extremely difficult and rude, I will never come back to this location if she is still working there!

Stopped in here today for a special treat. The owner and girls behind the counter were so polite and sweet. The smoothie and bowl I ordered were AMAZING, as always!!! STRONGLY recommend stopping in!!!

Came here for a smoothie but while there was a person in front asked to go to the bathroom she said I needed to buy something first, told her I would just needed to use the restroom. She said i needed to buy something first left and told her i was going to but with her attitude left and she said ok. Horrible service! Thats why the place wont do good. First give good service to get people to come.
