Beautiful restaurant in terms of ambience I don't really think any other restaurant can even come close. Everything about the environment was a 100 out of 10... My reservation was for nine they were extremely busy which I understand working in customer service. I didn't get seated until almost 10 and by the time I got seated, they said that the dinner menu was closed and we only had late night options. My friend and I have been traveling the entirety of the day to see each other and we're really excited to try the restaurants menu we'd even discussed what we were gonna get before hand and we're a little disappointed when we had to only eat fries that evening. The musical was good. The overall vibes were very upbeat. Our server only checked on us once and a very kind family leaving actually waved her down just so we could order another drink. She total checked on us twice in the span of two hours and then bought us the bill. It was a busy night so I definitely do hear from their credit for doing as well as they did and my friend and I still tipped very well on the tab just a bit underwhelming and disappointing for something. We were so excited for.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Spruzzo was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was noticeably unwelcoming and unaccommodating. There was no effort to make us feel comfortable, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. Once seated, service was very slow. We waited a long time between interactions with our server, and it felt like we were constantly trying to flag someone down for basic needs like water refills or to place our order. What made things worse was that after finally getting our food and settling in, we were subtly rushed out after only an hour and a half-despite the slow service on their end. It was frustrating and made the experience feel transactional rather than enjoyable. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. There are plenty of other places where hospitality and customer service are taken seriously

Called earlier in the day to ask if there would be a time limit on tables due to it being a holiday. Called exactly at 2:15pm on July 4th and was told no. I also asked if they were allowing walk ins because my table was only reserved for 4 people and 2 more people wanted to join. I was told yes walk ins were allowed. We get there 7pm on July 4th and they are checking reservations and not allowing anyone else up. We get up there the table isn't ready until 7:15. After we sit down the waitress tells us we have to get up by 9pm. I was arguing that they had sat us late to begin with but no prevail. Anyway, we were ordering appetizers, entrées, drinks and it's now 8:50 PM and the service was slower than normal which is expected because it's a holiday. I'm not upset about that, but at 8:50 we went to go order our dessert and the waitress said that's fine. You can order your dessert, but you either have to be Done and paid for by 9 PM or you have to pick up and eat your dessert elsewhere. It's not like we were just sitting there not eating. Our bill came out to $650. Either everyone needs to get on the same page  or they need to standby what they tell their guests. The sad part is, at two people in our party were actually hotel guests, and they were staying there...!!! But they didn't care about this... So if you plan on staying at this hotel for the next year's Fourth of July, thinking you will get special treatment or you'll be able to stay up at the rooftop to see the fireworks I would really think again.

After we spend 500$ , we want to order tiramisu desert , the waiter came and told us to leave the table and can't order the deserts because the 90 min expired .. So we had to take the wine bottle holding in hands and stay somewhere when was full the bar and crowded.. Never comeback there , very bad experience , I had my friends from Europe and feel embarrassed the way we left the table ..

We had the pleasure of being served by Sabrina, and from the moment we were seated, her attentiveness and warm personality made a lasting impression. What truly stood out, however, was her thoughtful and knowledgeable approach when it came to recommending items from the menu. Sabrina took the time to ask about our preferences and made suggestions that not only suited our tastes but also introduced us to dishes we might not have tried otherwise. Every item she recommended—from the shareable appetizers to the main entrées—was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations in both flavor and presentation. The sharables she guided us toward were perfect for the table and offered a delightful mix of textures and bold, balanced flavors. They set the tone for what would turn out to be a memorable dining experience. As for the entrées, each dish she suggested was cooked to perfection, beautifully plated, and incredibly satisfying. Her ability to describe the dishes in detail and offer honest feedback based on her own knowledge of the menu gave us full confidence in her guidance. It's not every day that a server enhances a meal the way Sabrina did—her recommendations weren't just good; they were outstanding. She clearly has a strong understanding of the menu and a genuine desire to help guests have the best possible experience. It's rare to come across someone who blends professionalism, warmth, and menu expertise so seamlessly. Thanks to Sabrina, our entire evening was elevated. We left feeling not only full and happy but grateful for her care and thoughtful service. She truly made our visit exceptional, and we will absolutely return—and ask for her again!

I liked this place overall. The views and the ambiance were great. The energy was great too. Staff was nice and helpful. Good drinks. My steak was not worth the $50 I felt as it was mediocre at best... I maybe should have stuck with seafood. Perhaps they do those dishes better...

The food was delicious and the ambiance was amazing. I put in my comments in my reservation that I wanted a table with a great view and they delivered.

Limited menu.Quite pricey. Food good(tuna tartare excellent). Drinks were reasonable pours. Service was excellent. View spectacular.

As hotel guests, we were excited to enjoy the rooftop bar’s beautiful marina view, but the drinks were a letdown. We ordered an Old Fashioned, Margarita, and Paloma—all tasted weak and watered down, lacking the quality expected from $20 something craft cocktails. The Margarita in particular tasted like it was made with barely any tequila using bottom-shelf margarita mix.

To their credit, they swapped the Paloma for a mojito, but again, the mint wasn’t even muddled—just a garnish. We had hoped to order food that evening, but this experience changed our minds. Given similar feedback in other reviews, it’s clear the bar program needs improvement. We sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to revisit the drink recipes and training, as the location and setting truly deserve a higher-caliber beverage program.

Fantastic Dinner at Spruzzo!! Crab cakes and Lamb Lollipops were amazing! Beautiful View!!

Wonderful upscale atmosphere with casual Florida vibes and views for days and days. The Shrimp Ajillo is so good, It made it on my list I called “Crave-ables” Service fantastic and knowledgeable. A fun place to hang with friends, date night, girls happy hour or drink at the bar.  Spruzzo is going into our regular rotation for date nights with tropical breezes and endless water views

Great place to grab drinks after work or enjoy an evening overseeing downtown West Palm. The drinks and food are well priced and the atmosphere is very enjoyable.

Came across Spruzzo rooftop bar and lounge from tik tok search and it exceed my expectations is a 10 out of 10 most try this if you are visiting Palm Beach.
Highly recommend Spruzzo.
Drinks appetizers amazing very tasteful menu and different options to choose from.
Service was on point as well.
Great experience Def returning as soon as possible. ;)

This entire place is outside. Be mindful in the summer. I booked a table for inside and they said “this is what we consider inside” instead of dinner we stayed for appetizers and it was very over priced.

Great location for a special occasion. I just felt it was a little pricey for what you get.
