Why was it ok to send my drink like this? I ordered through DoorDash and since my bag was sealed I can’t really blame it on the dasher so it had to be the stores fault plus my food came cold and the dasher had to wait 45mins to get my order! This location always gets things wrong.

Any place I have to buy something before I can use a bathroom is insane ..i very obviously don't look like a crackhead or strung out/drunk ....this is the only location to ever do this. I've easily spent probably 4 grand on Starbucks in my life but because today I didn't I can't use your bathroom? Ok. Rocco's next door let me with no problem.

The girls working there today were very kind and polite. They allowed us to bring our dog inside (on a leash) and offered him some pup cups! The service was fast and the coffee was good. We appreciate the employees at this coffee shop :)

I have been to Starbucks West of here and all I can say is I'm seriously disappointed in this location. My drinks all had ice despite stating no ice for 3 multiple time. The girl was nice but possibly new or overwhelmed as she needed to have me restate my order. I ordered 4 drinks only 1 w light ice and the other 3 without. When I arrived back to my office only 1 had no ice. I didn't bother to go back and know going forward to visit the locations west of Military Trail from now on. 😞

I often go to Starbucks on Clematis, and I really enjoy observing the service. So far, Emily's service is the best. She provides excellent service. For example, I usually buy a vanilla oatmilk latte, but she tries to offer other products and explains them interestingly. This makes me want to try them, and I really like the flavors. Good job, Emily!

Then the fresh new face, Kyla is just as Awesome as the others. Honestly, everyone in the store is professional, kind, thoughtful…. I order from this location every morning on DoorDash. Same order every morning. Grande or venti (depends on the night before) iced sweet cream cold brew with one pump of mocha, banana bread, and oatmeal with brown sugar, nuts, and dried fruit. $15-$20 everyday. I’m a new mom and husband is away for extended periods of time and we don’t have family close. My coffee and morning breakfast is something I look forward to every morning after a long sleepless night with my newborn. And EVERY MORNING something is wrong with my order. I either receive a completely different order, or something is missing, or yesterday my coffee came with literally nothing in it, just a cup of straight coffee and melted ice. I’ve called the store twice - Doordash won’t even refund me anymore it’s happened so much - and they are zero help. What’s a girl gotta do to just have a correct order to get her through the day as a solo parent to a colicky newborn ?

I go into this Starbucks since I had to come up to West Palm during my work day for an after work commitment, but had to take an important zoom meeting during my workday. I ask the staff TWICE if they could please lower the blasting music by a little since it was difficult to have any sort of conversation in that environment and twice they did not. Seems unreasonable for a place that encourages people to come in and work/socialize to not have the courtesy to lower the volume to a reasonable level per a customer’s request.
