I often go to Starbucks on Clematis, and I really enjoy observing the service. So far, Emily's service is the best. She provides excellent service. For example, I usually buy a vanilla oatmilk latte, but she tries to offer other products and explains them interestingly. This makes me want to try them, and I really like the flavors. Sherry, Ernie & my boy Timmy have outstanding customer service that goes above & beyond the average Starbucks service which is what pulls me in this store 3-4 times each week. Then the fresh new face, Kyla is just as Awesome as the others. Honestly, everyone in the store is professional, kind, thoughtful…. Together, their teamwork makes this store, Awesomeness and my favorite location! I am grateful to God for these smiling faces, peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness & joy I feel walking to the store. I order from this location every morning on DoorDash. Same order every morning. Grande or venti (depends on the night before) iced sweet cream cold brew with one pump of mocha, banana bread, and oatmeal with brown sugar, nuts, and dried fruit. $15-$20 everyday. I’m a new mom and husband is away for extended periods of time and we don’t have family close. My coffee and morning breakfast is something I look forward to every morning after a long sleepless night with my newborn. And EVERY MORNING something is wrong with my order. I either receive a completely different order, or something is missing, or yesterday my coffee came with literally nothing in it, just a cup of straight coffee and melted ice. I’ve called the store twice - Doordash won’t even refund me anymore it’s happened so much - and they are zero help. What’s a girl gotta do to just have a correct order to get her through the day as a solo parent to a colicky newborn ?

I go into this Starbucks since I had to come up to West Palm during my work day for an after work commitment, but had to take an important zoom meeting during my workday. I ask the staff TWICE if they could please lower the blasting music by a little since it was difficult to have any sort of conversation in that environment and twice they did not. Seems unreasonable for a place that encourages people to come in and work/socialize to not have the courtesy to lower the volume to a reasonable level per a customer’s request.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the managers. They called the cops on a lady that was just drinking coffee outside just because she had her cart (house) with her!This is absolutely disgusting as her cart was tucked away and not disturbing anyone, she was drinking her coffee for as long as I was. We offered to buy more coffee for them to stay and all they said was it didn’t matter and she had to leave! If you have any respect for human beings you would not support this business with this kind of behaviour!!

Starbucks Café, in the Down Town of West Palm Beach, FL, USA, is fascinating, we enjoyed an exquisite coffee there, which we visited at night. The place is beautiful, the attention received is very good and the atmosphere that is breathed both inside and at the outside tables is excellent. Its unparalleled urban environment is also inspiring. This part of the city is very beautiful and pleasant. I recommend it. @marlochacon

To start the place was closed 30 minutes after it was supposed to be open. I arrive and there is a line of customers waiting outside 30 minutes later the girl with the neck tattoo of butterfly’s opens the door and still has the nerve to have attitude. The order I was there for was delayed I made it late to my clients this morning 10/19/2023 6:00am after the young man behind the counter offers me a drink for waiting so long. I ask for a caramel Mankiato the man hand me a cup when I leave I’m drinking it does not taste like a coffee I look inside it’s a cup full of creamer and caramel no coffee I am dissatisfied with this location. I also was sick for the rest of the day not to mention all the restroom stops I’m making .I don’t know if this was intentional or not but it’s not ok I hope they fix this late arrival and opening and food quality that’s is prepared behind the counter.
