Waited nearly 40 minutes for a hot chocolate. The manager is rude and the service is a joke. Don’t bother

The service is very uncivilized. There's always a long line of people waiting to order. I placed my order on the Starbucks app, and I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee. Starbucks needs to stop licensing stores to HMSHost (or anyone else for that matter).

I travel thru PBI several times a week and frequently go to this Starbucks. They don't leave condiments out like ketchup and mustard so you have to ask for them and that's what I routinely do. But today I asked for some ketchup and the staff said we have none. I reminded her that they do have some because I normally get it and second they're part of a big food service group that has several locations here and the main dry good supply is right behind Starbucks so she flat out lied to my face and I called her out. I told her she was lying and she just smiled. She could barely speak proper English. Well they lost my business.

Waiting 45 minutes for a coffee I ordered at the register while they only take care of mobile orders.
No organization and a complete cluster just for coffee.
Starbucks sucks

There is rude lady working at the pre boarding shop. She is Haitian and she just served me 10.27.25 @4:38 pm with an Afro wig and red lipstick. She was talk to a customer and wasted my time and had an attitude. I don’t know how you can have these poor representatives working and I’m spending my hard earned money and she acted as if I was begging her to serve me.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Gave me and my friend expired and chunky oatmilk. When we asked for it be remade they just put our drinks back into the shaker and re shook it. Also charged us for cold foam but didn’t give it to us. They didn’t offer to remake it or offer a refund. Worst service ever. If i could give it 0 stars I would

Not friendly. Didn't even ask if i wanted a drive after i ordered a sandwhich. My sandwhich was burnt. I even heard the machine beeping and there was no care in the world. Pretty sad for an airport starbucks where people pay good money for those plane tickets

The two ladies behind the counter seemed pretty put-out that I placed an order. They have a lot to learn about hospitality.

Flying out of PBI often in the a.m. I stopped there for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is standard. The food is terrible. The last three times I was there. The breakfast sandwiches were disgusting. My sausage, egg and cheese muffin was rock hard and they forget something everyone. Today the cheese. Last time they were out of tomato & fresh mozzarella so the sandwich I ordered was stale chiabada bread with pesto! If you Are flying out of PBI don’t waste your money. Find anything else other than that to eat.

This Starbucks is a a bad fit for an airport.
Last Thursday June 26 I waited about 10 minutes to place and pay for my order. 1 cup of hot chocolate
After that I waited 25-30 minutes for it to be ready. After noticing other customers who ordered after me getting their orders I approached the counter and asked for my order, I was told they were working on it. Waited another 10 minutes before I got it. 50 minutes for a cup of hot chocolate in an airport is totally unacceptable.
There was a big crowd of people all waiting going through the same thing.
Do the people who run PBI know how bad this situation is ?
