20 minute wait, still wrong

Flying out of PBI often in the a.m. I stopped there for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is standard. The food is terrible. The last three times I was there. The breakfast sandwiches were disgusting. My sausage, egg and cheese muffin was rock hard and they forget something everyone. Today the cheese. Last time they were out of tomato & fresh mozzarella so the sandwich I ordered was stale chiabada bread with pesto! If you Are flying out of PBI don’t waste your money. Find anything else other than that to eat.

This Starbucks is a a bad fit for an airport.
Last Thursday June 26 I waited about 10 minutes to place and pay for my order. 1 cup of hot chocolate
After that I waited 25-30 minutes for it to be ready. After noticing other customers who ordered after me getting their orders I approached the counter and asked for my order, I was told they were working on it. Waited another 10 minutes before I got it. 50 minutes for a cup of hot chocolate in an airport is totally unacceptable.
There was a big crowd of people all waiting going through the same thing.
Do the people who run PBI know how bad this situation is ?
WORST STARBUCKS! Sandwich was not cooked! Still FROZEN. SO DISAPPOINTED!

The employees are not following recipes, and they are not happy when held accountable. They did remake my drink and it still wasn't anything close to the normal taste. At the gate a few girls were saying they had to go back because their sandwiches were frozen in the center.

I was told after I ordered food the water was broken. Just curious how you make coffee without water? Then the staff member Melissa told me to go get water at the water fountain. As she proceeded to get into an argument with the man behind me (she got his order incorrect). Unfortunate that there is such a lack of customer service.

How embarrassing for palm beach. The worst Starbucks service exists here in Palm beach airport. It’s so sad how slow these employees are working and make it seem like we’re inconveniencing them with their attitude.
Worst Starbucks experience resides in the beauty palm beach international airport. Come waste your time and money! Management should be replaced but it never will be. I keep lying to myself thinking things will be different.
Expect a 20 minute wait for a black coffee and all the attitude in the world. Cheers.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Cashier/Barista seemed like she could care less what I ordered and barely acknowledged me. I wasn’t even sure she had my order right until the drink came out 20 minutes later. Get your coffee before you arrive in this concourse.

Absolute worst starbucks with the worst service I have ever been to. Very rude people. My wife ordered a strawberry frapacino and the lady said they don't have frapacino then the other lady next to her that was cleaning up starting yelling something in another language that we didn't understand about frapacinos and that made the cashier lady laugh because she understood the other language. I'm assuming she was cleaning up and they weren't going to dirty the blender. Never again!!
