Horrible.
Please get more than one employee who can read.
Worst Starbucks we’ve ever been to.
Whichever person is in charge of managing this establishment should be fired as well

This is a small take out only store located next to gate B4. They have all the drinks and bakery goods. But it seemed like they didn’t have enough baristas. The one hour we were there, the line always had more than 10 people. Lots of people were also waiting post ordering, looking eager to get their order. We got couple of drinks and breakfast items from here. They all tasted fine.

Both drinks ordered were not made correctly despite being clearly printed on the ticket, baristas are not following company standard with drinks and quality is not consistent with licensed stores. Staff needs to be coached on proper Starbucks standard. This experience imposes on the third place policy.

Rude staff, made me wait at register while they were totally empty, throwing supplies around, greeted me by rolling her eyes. Just wow.... good to see you too!

We ordered 2 medium skim milk cappuccinos. Both cups were maybe 60% full and the quality was just so so. There aren't enough people working. The food was decent. Starbucks needs to pay attention to this store!

Very busy and customers were being very rude and all employees kept their composure. Not an easy location to work in

Absolutely awful. We were 4th in line and still waited 30 minutes to receive two drinks. Both were wrong, they were to busy talking about the schedule. As someone who runs a local coffee shop, training really needs to be redone at this location.

PSL tasted like hot water. Eggs bites were cold. Waited 40mins. Quality control and management needs to come in and do some training; fix that and they’ll stop having issues.

Won’t give you a cup of water…I had to buy a bottle for 5 dollars at the store next to it.

Bugs everywhere. Not clean in any way. My drink order was wrong. After they forgot about me and served the 4 people that ordered after me, I just walked away and didn't even want to wait any further for the right drink. It would be nice to have a refund, doubt that would happen either.
