The drive-thru and customer service here are some of the worst I’ve experienced. Whoever is working the drive-thru on Saturday afternoons is extremely rude—her attitude and the way she greets customers make you not want to come back.

Half an hour before closing and you literally nothing to serve or your employee is too damn lazy to take the orders
Usually for uber eats to make sure the customers order is delivered on time there is usually a section for delivery and by the time you get there it is already made or in the process of being made. Instead they took the orders of 5 people behind me who haven't even ordered yet looked at me and IGNORED me until they were finished with the other customers only for me to find out the order I was supposed to pick up was already made but they had it under the counter. I was standing there for at least 18 minutes.

Why is this the absolute worst Starbucks of all-time??? The worst service and plain rude employees. Awful. Yesterday, Wednesday, September 25th, I stopped in at approximately 5pm, ordered a pink drink with light ice - something I get every day at various Starbucks throughout the nation. At this place it looks nothing like the drink does elsewhere and was so bitter and acidic I had to throw it out. Barista, a thick guy was so rude telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. Really???? So awful and not my first awful experience at this location. Had a drink with a lid that didn't fit or wasn't out on properly at the drive thru and they insinuated it was my fault. What??? I'm use to the excellent service at the Jupiter Starbucks. Maybe all your employees should spend a day at that location to learn how to treat customers. Absolutely awful.
