Unfortunately this beautifully located Starbucks is a community centr for homeless people, it is overtaking by them.

I had to walk out this morning. Smell was unbearable of a person who was sitting on the other end of the facility. Employees are to young to stand up against them.

Went through drive thru. Got incorrect order after waiting longer than usual. Went inside (unhappy and frustrated) no apology or care or acknowledgement for that matter and correct drink after waiting again was luke-warm at best and didnt taste any different arrrgg!!! Im gonna skip this location in the future!

I read some other reviews, and agree with some things that have been said. I’ve been here twice now, and each time there was a portion of the drink missing. Both times drinks were not good. And when the Drive through line is stretch stretching around The restaurant, its not very ideal to decide to go in doors and ask for a remake. Especially if you’re in a hurry already.

While I can’t comment on the inside, it does look like a nice ambience from the outside. The first time I came, The gentleman working at the drive-through window was rude. And the second time I was greeted by a friendly drive-through window lady … reason for 2 stars. But at one point someone stopped talking to me mid order, and left me there after I mentioned my name for a mobile order : / I eventually pulled around to window.

I feel like the employees here are not very good at making drinks, so I won’t be back. Plus they’re a bit cranky it seems like. There’s a couple other locations here where I’ll definitely get my moneys worth, and a friendly experience to go along with it. Overall disappointed because I feel like this place has a lot of potential.

Wouldn’t come back if it was free. Gotta wait 12 minutes for a regular plain black coffee and remind them that they forgot it while they make these fancyass triple mocha loca caramel cream drinks while these people are ordering them. Also, their lids pop off on your cups. Thanks to Starbucks , I need a car wash and a new shirt.

I want to take a moment to share feedback on my recent drive-thru visit. The team member who initially assisted me was absolutely wonderful—very patient and kind as I gathered my car’s order. I truly appreciated her professionalism.
Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. My pumpkin spice latte was prepared incorrectly, and my second drink was missing the cold foam I had requested. When I mentioned this, I was told the foam had been added, even though it was clearly not present. This gaslighting response left me feeling dismissed rather than supported.
Additionally, I was charged for a water bottle that I never received. I did not realize this until later, as I was already uncomfortable from the interaction and focused on trying to resolve the drink issue.
While I understand mistakes happen, I left the store feeling frustrated and uneasy. I hope this feedback is taken constructively—customers should feel comfortable addressing errors without feeling as though their concerns are being minimized.

The drive-thru and customer service here are some of the worst I’ve experienced. Whoever is working the drive-thru on Saturday afternoons is extremely rude—her attitude and the way she greets customers make you not want to come back.
