All of the employees at Starbucks PBA university are just amazing!! They are just so friendly and accommodating to every customer and put a smile on your face every day during your interaction with them. They’re an absolute pleasure!!!

Good morning, Since February I have been going to the Starbucks on Rosemary in West Palm Beach. I live in Boynton & work in West Palm Peach. I could use any number of Starbucks between my community & work. I stopped by the Rosemary store by accident & since then that’s my store. First Gabe manages the store and his team with excellence being his goal. Joesph & Morgan are Superstars. They both greet you like you are family or a good friend. Morgan has such an awesome smile & and pleasant personality that sets my tone for that day. Her positive attitude makes me want to sing. Joesph, this guy no matter how busy he is, remembers the tiniest detail about my order. As long as these 2 are there, that’s my store. Food is as expected (it’s a chain). Service is friendly. They are quick even with it being busy. Worked a few mornings on their large patio. Surrounding area cleans every morning, so bugs are low and smells are not dirty. Beautiful outdoor mural. Security walks by often and asks about folks that may just be lingering.

Some of the best service I've received at a Starbucks. The first time I stopped by in the evening, I had asked for a recommendation for coffee to drink the following morning - cold brew or iced espresso. The manager on duty provided a great recommendation based on science (he got into the interesting details about coffee acidity, etc). A few days later I was helped quickly, got a delicious drink and I noticed some of the workers are bilingual and very personable.

Great atmosphere and decorations but a busy location. I would recommend ordering ahead. I've had experiences where service was a little iffy but it was great for the most part! Once I ordered a sandwich through the app and they ran out of it in-store and I wasn't reimbursed fully which is the only negative experience I've had. Overall, I think this Starbucks is good.

Great Starbucks ! Staff is very friendly and makes me feel like they love having me there ! Manager , Gabe , is as friendly and upbeat as you get , even when they are overwhelmed . Same thing with the staff , they have a smile even when they are super busy ! Very spacious with nice outdoor veranda . Weekdays the high schoolers come in around 3: 45PM . It gets a bit hectic for a little while but they are nice , polite young people and they have a right to come enmass like any other. group ! Great place to chill . . . I LOVE IT THERE ! Geep Johnson
