I was looking forward to trying this Starbucks location for the first time today (Sunday) but when I arrived around 10:30 a.m. I did not see anyone inside and there was only one other vehicle in the parking lot. Those people got out of their truck and started walking to the entrance, then stopped. I think there was a note on the door but I did not bother parking to go up and read it. I imagine there was a staffing shortage or a problem inside the building. I will try again another day.

Anna was fantastic. We stopped to grab a quick bite because I will feeling ill. My food a little longer than expected but Anna made up for it.
Great experience, will come again.

I go in 5 days a week NEVER had an issue I went today and there was a new cashier because I’ve never seen her so I assume she was new and even tho I was in a hurry i waited patiently so was in line for almost 10mins after when it was my turn to order she says can you wait mind you I waited 10mins and I was only ordering a drink I walked out disappointed and mad I wasn’t gonna wait 20mins for a drink

Baltazar is the epitome of friendly guest service and actually caring about the customer. I ordered a signature hot chocolate and had no clue what the expresso was or how much it is for one, and I declined getting a refund because I didn’t want to cause trouble, instead he called us over and refunded it and that little gesture might seem small but it showed his caringness for a customer, which I appreciated.

Best White mocha in town …i tried others location over the past 10 years,always ask the same ..and this is my favorite so far

All customers who were sitting in the dining area were told at 3:15 p.m. eastern time that the dining area is closed for the next four hours due to this location being short staffed. They asked us all the leave right away. The drive thru is the only option at this location.

This drink has no caramel lineup at all. One day my drink is made perfectly, and the next it’s completely different. The order clearly says everything that should go in it, but they still make it however they want. For how expensive these drinks are, consistency really matters. Please do better!

Theyre out of materials often and I've had several bad experiences here with drinks being made. I've tried having it remade but because the problem is their material shortages they will keep making the drink improperly like they're trying to save their mocha or something. I've also had one person there be upset I've asked to remake a drink in the past. Anyways not the best Starbucks. But sometimes its okay.

Usually have no problem with this location so I’m pretty bothered to do this but Anna has terrible customer service, very rude and unprofessional. She made not even want to come back which is unfortunate because this is the only close location to me.

Never fill the cups with the full drink, they need to retrain their employees how to make an iced coffee without the ice melting by the time you get to the window. THREE ice cubes in an iced coffee?? Even if you ask for extra ice it's still half way full and warm.
