The person who helped me couldn't even hear what I was saying. They don't accept a 100 dollar bill. This means that if you don't have your bank card, you won't get lunch. Also, there were only two people serving all the customers. I got frustrated.

Window staff was so rude in the drive through. They made me the wrong drink and when I went inside to watch my new drink being made I was met by the staff manager Caleb who tried to make excuses, instead of notifying me that they couldn’t make the drink properly. Caleb proceeded to to telll me that I had an attitude about my drink and watching them remake my drink makes them feel uncomfortable????? Weird, then he goes on to say that they are allowed to refuse service if they feel attacked even though they where the ones who where not professional. I stated many times that I’ll keep the drink just put the foam on the side, yet Caleb kept talking over the fact that I didn’t want a new drink or a return because I hate to waste things.

I ordered at this location for the first time today. First let me say that the drive thru was extremely slow. So slow, that I waited in the Walmart parking lot for the line to get shorter before I even drove up to order because I knew today that I was ordering a food item. Once the line got shorter, I drove up to the drive-through with only three cars and stillsat there for about 10 minutes before I just ended up, backing out to park in the front and order the food to pick up inside of the store.

I ordered a sandwich and two drinks through the app around 5 PM. I went inside to pick up the order. My drink was ready but the sandwich that I ordered wasn’t sitting on the counter with the drink. when I asked the Hispanic girl with the glasses about it, she said that she couldn’t find it. It’s took her forever to find the sandwich because it was sitting over in the drive-thru window.

When she gave it to me, it was cold even though I had just ordered it. Then before I walked away , I asked her very politely for one of the Truffle hot sauce packets and she said no !!

I was a little confused because i go to Starbucks just about every day and I’ve never had anyone refuse a hot sauce packet, especially when I’ve ordered a food item.
I brought this to her attention and she told me that she was told that they were only for the chicken pockets.

If you do a simple Google search, it clearly says on the Starbucks website that the hot sauce packets are available with qualifying breakfast sandwiches, and any lunch sandwich. Imagine spending $20 and getting a watered down drink with a cold sandwich and then being told no over a little hot sauce packet. How petty is that…. I’ll be sure to contact the customer service and get my money back for the entire order and will never be coming back to the Starbucks Location Again.

This location needs HELP. Wow, what a terrible experience. There’s no employees, orders take forever to make. The location is gross, not cleaned or properly maintained. Regional manager needs to step it up.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, but the last 4 or 5 times that I have gone, the service is horrible. I place my order ahead of time. I get there and my order is never ready. There's always people standing around doing absolutely nothing. And when I ask for my order that They either can't find it or they have to make it because somehow it was lost.

I recently tried a Grande Iced Lavender Oatmeal Latte and a Spicy Falafel for the first time, and I was blown away by how delicious they were. Since that day, I can't get enough of them! The flavors were incredible, and the staff at the drive-thru were exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better. I truly appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I go to this Starbucks location when I have my car serviced at Tire Kjngdom. I normally just grab a drink and then sit outside. I love sitting outside. The outdoor area is spacious with comfortable seating. Inside the Starbucks has ample seating. Many people working and studying. On my last visit I met this beauty, Cami, sitting outside with her mom. This location also gives out generous pup cups for your fur babies.

Drive thru line moves entirely to slow! This is the 2nd time this week I tried to go and had to get out of the line because they move like turtles!!! It is ridiculous

I’ve been a regular customer at this store since August and have always received great service, but over the past couple of weeks, my experience has been very different. My food wrappers have been sticky on the outside, my venti drink has been filled halfway, and the oatmeal my husband orders often comes missing an item. It feels like the focus is now on rushing orders out the door rather than providing friendly and attentive customer service. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I know this store is capable of much better, and I hope these issues can be addressed.
