I had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location (inside Target). The baristas (Marelis and Rachel) displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, which crossed the line into bullying. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a setting where customer service should be a priority. I expected a welcoming and respectful environment but left feeling disheartened. I hope management takes steps to address this and ensure all customers are treated with kindness and respect in the future.

This is the Starbucks at : 1760 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 3340. I believe Mike Hoffacker is the district manager.
The customer service here is awful. There are a number of incidents were the staff have lied about product being unavailable only to find out it was available when probing (turns out they just can’t be bothered to make it) . They also have a bad attitude towards customers- asking drive through customer to go instore to collect the item because ‘’it will take them time to make the item’’. The reason people use drive through is because they do not/or can not go instore. Every response to a Google review is met with the same generic response.

The attendant never wrote the names on the cups, so the orders got misplaced. Also it was confusing how she writes what the orders are, when the barista doesn't understand what he has to prepare. The result is that the wait is extra long because everyone is confused about everything. Very annoying.
This location is marked as having a drive thru... either thats a lie or the location is incorrectly marked on Google. Either way, talk to your marketing team and fix this please 🥺

What a shame.... order completely wrong two days in a row....why promote mobile ordering when one it is not ready at the given time and two incorrect!!!!Now I will have to travel 4.4 miles to another location that understands my order.Highly Disappointed!
