Will never come to this place again.You have to order right away or they ask you to get up, because the table reserved for customers only, omg I spent a lot of money on Starbucks for 15 years.

I frequent this Starbucks location before heading to work. I love starbucks coffee and food and the employees are always so friendly and cheerful. Sadly, for the past two weeks, the person at the drive through window has not been very helpful nor friendly. I'm not expecting a smile every single day or something, just some basic common customer service skills at the very least. She just keeps her back to me and doesn't even acknowledge my presence. I understand the service industry is extremely stressful however, a simple "here's your coffee" and "have a good day" isn't going to ruin the flow of your day.

The entire morning shift staff are all great but in particular, Mallory is very sweet. She always remembers me by name and always makes it a point to say good morning.

Undrinkable. Burnt nasty espresso with sour milk.

Regrettably this Starbucks location does not adhere to Starbucks customer service policies. The wait was excessively long for two drinks and two bakery items. We waited over 30 minutes on the inside We watched as the drive-thru actually was serviced and moved not much faster but faster. I also found the customer service to be lacking. My drink was also made in correctly despite having been ordered correctly and the instructions clearly visible on the printed label. Save yourself the trouble drive the 10 minutes down the road and go to a different location. The interior of the store looked unsanitary and unkempt. The countertop was littered with pieces of paper and spilled drinks.

On our way North from Port Ft. Lauderdale, It. 95. found this Starbucks - easy off, easy on the highway. Service and drinks were great as always.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks location where I wasn’t able to sit inside because of the staff. The staff took up EVERY SINGLE table to conduct their staff meeting which only included 4 people. As a college student
relying on the WiFi and ability to charge my device. There were a bunch of guests forced to sit outside in the Florida heat. It was the first time I’ve ever experienced this at a Starbucks. I will be sure to not return to this location for studying as it’s not an option here.

This morning, I went through the drive-thru, as I do every morning, to order the same thing: a chai tea and one or two coffee cakes. I told the employee I wanted a large, but after I paid, she informed me at the window that it only comes in a medium. I’ve been coming to the same place for two years, and I’ve always gotten a large. As soon as she told me this, she quickly said, "Have a good day," and turned her back, essentially dismissing me—how rude!

This was the worst customer service experience. I suppose saying, "Have a good day" before turning her back makes it all okay in her mind. To top it off, they added shots of coffee to my tea, and I don’t even drink coffee! What a waste. I tried to explain the mistake to her, but I was dismissed before I even had the chance. Never again!

Drive through wait is obscene. Waiting in line for 1 drink 15 minutes
I’ve attempted 2/3 times thinking they had a bad day but honestly it’s just the service. Avoiding this store.
