Didn’t take an order in over four minutes with a long line. No sense of urgency in making drinks which may work in a roadside location but not in an airport.

Terrible service, not that you would expect anything else in the airport terminal but even with that low bar this place is exceptionally bad. Employees could not care less about anyone. Good luck!

C2 concourse stand is conveniently not listed.. probably because they ran out of room for additional negative comments... Slowest service ever.. hope you're not waiting for a flight or anything.. s bux stands for stressbucks if you're in a hurry...

Even if you order on the mobile app 35 minutes before your flight boards, good luck. They are the only Starbucks here and they work slower than a snails pace. I thought mobile order would help as I had to walk away from my last two order (No Refund) and still had to miss a mobile order. They simply don’t care at this Starbucks. They are chatting and the work urgency for an airport is non existent. I can’t believe that Starbucks allows this type of service at an airport.

Terrible service. Everyone is moving in slow motion conversing with each other with no regard to the line of people waiting for their drinks after they ordered. I’ve been waiting 7 minutes now. Good thing I’m not late for a flight. Starbucks should do better with their staff at the palm beach airport.
The attitude we get from the employees is not acceptable either.

Every single employee here hates their job and it shows. Took me 17 minutes to receive a 1 minute bacon egg wrap. Here's the kicker, 3 employees and only 2 people in line.

Absolutely appalling service at the Starbucks in West Palm Beach Airport. I stood there for a full 15 minutes with NO ONE else in line, while three employees blatantly ignored me. Not a single one of them bothered to even look in my direction, let alone take my order. When I finally spoke up, they had the audacity to tell me I'd need to wait even longer because they were busy *cleaning.* This is completely unacceptable — especially in an airport where people are on tight schedules. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service is beyond infuriating. Avoid this place if you actually want to get served!
