New employee, i understand but i had to correct her , with the manager at the window ( tattoo two tone hair color) size I paid for was not correct what so ever…. 3 items just giving out by hand through the drive through and I had to ask for a bag 1-5 items… which 3 is baked goods… you guys are building all over the place but the training could get better… but when the manager can’t even apologize or anything… just look like a deer in headlights , and annoy because I asked her if this is right.

Zeke took the time to make me a new coffee drink that I hadn’t tried before called the caramel Brulé latte and it is out of this world. What a fantastic team you have here, I drove so far today and feel that this stop along the way at Starbucks was well worth it because of the team .
