It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited for over 10 minutes and nothing. The girl told me to wait and then left, and the other guy didn't even ask me what I needed. They should have better service.

Came to Starbucks while I was shopping at target there is no one in the line and four workers. I waited and waited and none of them could acknowledge or even take my order. That’s customer service for you.

I absolutely love this Starbucks!! They Are the only Starbucks who makes my drink the right way. You can really feel the love they put into the drinks! The workers are all super friendly and sweet, the atmosphere is amazing they really make you feel welcomed plus they recommend the best drink drinks!!! 20/10 highly recommended

I attempted to order 2/9/25. Just as I was asked what I would like to order the barista cut me off; said it would just be a moment, pulled out her phone, and began texting. A slew of drink orders came through and she instead began making those orders. There were two baristas, one already making mobile orders. Why not have one prioritizing in person orders and the other prioritizing mobile? I don’t blame the baristas as I know they were just trying to do their jobs. Management needs to have more hands on deck if this location is this busy.

I try to order coffee for my wife and I and was waiting 15 minutes to place an order and not one of your 3 Starbuck's employees acknowledged me and I was the only customer in line. They were talking among themselves and walked by me several times. Showed no concern for customer service. They should of a least acknowledged their customers.
At 20 minutes I walked away not waited on with no coffee. Very disappointed with Starbucks. Need to train your employees to at least acknowledge their customers and show concern or at the most make eye contact. Target Starbucks

New employee, i understand but i had to correct her , with the manager at the window ( tattoo two tone hair color) size I paid for was not correct what so ever…. 3 items just giving out by hand through the drive through and I had to ask for a bag 1-5 items… which 3 is baked goods… you guys are building all over the place but the training could get better… but when the manager can’t even apologize or anything… just look like a deer in headlights , and annoy because I asked her if this is right.

I had the pumpkin cookie frappe (custom drink) and it was amazing! I got it with almond milk and it tastes even better than whole milk. The ingredients are:

-frappe roast
-almond milk
-2 pumps pumpkin sauce
-1 pump white mocha
-java chips
-cookie crumble
-pumpkin & caramel cup drizzle
-whipped cream
-pumpkin sauce
-cookie crumble topping

The service was fast, efficient, and I got exactly what I paid for. The total is $10.11, and it brings out all of the fall vibes. ???

Dietary restrictions: I was able get decaf and almond in my frappe!

Julia, Zeke, Makayla, Ciara and Erica we’re customer service focused and super friendly. Julia greeted me with the warm smile and made me feel important. Zeke took the time to make me a new coffee drink that I hadn’t tried before called the caramel Brulé latte and it is out of this world. What a fantastic team you have here, I drove so far today and feel that this stop along the way at Starbucks was well worth it because of the team .
