We grabbed a table here and tried to use their web app to order pizza. I tried multiple times to set up our order and the website failed right at the end. Finally someone took the order. I got their meat lovers pizza. The crust was a bit undercooked and tasted very dry. Overall it was one of the few choices available while at the terminal.

I only give these stars because Kasha came in and saved my experience. Jerry is INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He barked at me scan the code if you want some thin’! As someone that is a General Manager of a very successful restaurant if this man was part of my staff he would be terminated. He is like a teacher that dislikes kids or a nurse with no bed side manner. Kasha on the other hand.. FRIENDLY, WELCOMING AND VERY HOSPITABLE!

Excellent food and atmosphere with the convenience near my gate. I had the Ceasar salad with the chicken and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Very nice staff as well.

BUYER BEWARE ! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE .. After trying to place the order through the QR code on the table multiple times I kept getting an error message. I then approached the bartender who yelled at me that I needed to order through the code, she then turned to a couple in the corner and rolled her eyes. As we were about to get up to leave the woman goes to her terminal and says it was her fault, the tables QR code was locked.

Approx. thirty minutes later I received two of everything ? I question the bartender (same woman ) why who says “that’s what you ordered?”. After complaining that it was the system she makes a comment to the people seated at the bar and rolls her eyes.

I then go back to my seat and take a picture of the place. The woman comes running over, gets in my face and says I cannot take her picture for a review and she is going to call Security ! She then storms out of the place. I politely wait with my family to speak to security who never came.

I later learned she went to apologize to another couple whom she chased out.

You have been warned … it’s just a matter of time before they close.

Deceptive menu! I ordered the mushroom pizza. According to their menu, it came with mushrooms, carmelized onions, roasted peppers and mojo sauce. Instead, what I received was a pizza with a few mushrooms and red sauce. When I showed the waitress what was on the menu she acted like she had never seen the menu before and literally said “I’m reading it now.” She offered to add onions to the pizza, but as you can see they definitely weren’t carmelized. Very disappointing experience and virtually no care from the restaurant team, not even an apology. I would not recommend.

Horrific service. Scanned QR code at table for delivery to table, and 30 minutes later I go to front to ask about it. Staff was rude, and scolded me; telling me I ordered it to go. Nothing on my receipt says that, nor the table code. Tripped on foot of a chair as I was walking away from counter, with my cold pizza, and the neighboring table saw it and was asking me if I was alright. As telling them what happened, female employee comes over and tells me to stop talking and she’s calling the airport sheriff on me for kicking the chair??? Told her to go ahead. She never did and apologized to me later. Horrific staff and service. And horrible way to treat a medaled war veteran….or ANYONE. Will never give them a dime of my money again.

Worst airport bar ever. HORRIBLE bar service. Have to order drinks thru QR code, which wasn't communicated to me for over 5min while sitting patiently waiting for a bartender. The women behind the bar spend more time chatting with each other than working.

Am I supposed to tip anything if I do the ordering thru multiple screens via QR?

No electric outlets under the bar to charge devices. Owner needs to step into the 2010s maybe.

Just left this place, wow I mean wow customer service definitely isn't something this lady behind the bar knows anything about, she was so rude asked for a drink was yelled at and told scan the QR code. She was mocking customers, shouting at customers and to top it off entering her credit card tips when we asked for our pizza to go and was told ye you can get it when im done doing what im doing. Continuesly telling guests she was on her own and they could wait until she was ready. Overall as a hospitality professional I have never seen anything like this. Get a desk job lady
