Just left this place, wow I mean wow customer service definitely isn't something this lady behind the bar knows anything about, she was so rude asked for a drink was yelled at and told scan the QR code. She was mocking customers, shouting at customers and to top it off entering her credit card tips when we asked for our pizza to go and was told ye you can get it when im done doing what im doing. Continuesly telling guests she was on her own and they could wait until she was ready. Overall as a hospitality professional I have never seen anything like this. Get a desk job lady

Closed early . Flight delays and no food

Everything is done by scanning the bar code but if you are older and need help they don’t help

Manager race that I can only order food with my phone did not have my phone then the girl said we can take your order after hours on my way out That's not something you want in an airport Ray was less than helpful no help at all and he could care less company policy he says

The waitress of (Indian decent ) was so nasty because I made a mistake and I ordered from the app on the sign instead of at the table. She would no longer talk or acknowledge me..Seriously? Did she think I wasn’t gonna give her a tip? I wish there was somebody here that I could speak to. Horrible service.They left my food in a to go box on the counter for 10 minutes without even calling my name. Tell me what crime I committed please.

Scan a code (that may work), and wait. I can see why it's rated even lower than my local McDonald's. The worst part is that you're trapped behind TSA, and it's the only option. PBI needs to offer more.

Extremely disrespectful people and menu isn’t even that big I recommend taking your money somewhere else never been so disrespected in my life beyond rude people.

Not good experience...all, it's not my job....use the app, which barely works....and they still bring the wrong order... brought us the wrong pizza, undercooked bye, and they take it back after 5 minutes and re-serve it to another table. Oh and, don't order a glass of water. They don't have glasses....

Very angry man works behind the counter that verbally got in a fight with me because I didn’t hear him say Hi How are you…very odd behavior and service. I would give no stars if I could.

I'm writing this review about an airport restaurant, not a "normal" restaurant. The food was good and tasty. Was it overpriced, if I was outside of an airport I would say yes (but not by much), but for an airport it seemed fair. I ordered through the scan the barcode app on the table and my food was ready in under 10 min. In another review, someone said the "bald guy" needed to work on his attitude. I don't know if it was a different bald guy, but the one that brought my sandwich was fine. He handed me my food and asked if I needed anything else.
All in all, for an airport restaurant, it was good and I'd eat there again.

Lacking social skills for sure but seems to be the way management wants it. If there were any other eating spots close they wouldn t stay in business. Absolutely a Z gen owner or should be. Once you enter your order you have no idea if your orders entered and neither do employees that pretty much pays no attention to customers. I know this concept was started during Covid but those times have passed an it’s time to catch back up to customer service. Unless your really Hungary , I suggest skip it or go back towards front of airport and eat. This place drove my blood pressure up . Food was ok but everytime you wanted another beer you had to plan like 15 minutes before it would come. Poooor customer service at best.

Pizza was expensive and disgusting. Saggy flat bread. Pay for extra toppings and did not receive the extra toppings.horrible customer service. Will never, ever sit at this place.
