Extremely disrespectful people and menu isn’t even that big I recommend taking your money somewhere else never been so disrespected in my life beyond rude people.

Not good experience...all, it's not my job....use the app, which barely works....and they still bring the wrong order... brought us the wrong pizza, undercooked bye, and they take it back after 5 minutes and re-serve it to another table. Oh and, don't order a glass of water. They don't have glasses....

Very angry man works behind the counter that verbally got in a fight with me because I didn’t hear him say Hi How are you…very odd behavior and service. I would give no stars if I could.

I'm writing this review about an airport restaurant, not a "normal" restaurant. The food was good and tasty. Was it overpriced, if I was outside of an airport I would say yes (but not by much), but for an airport it seemed fair. I ordered through the scan the barcode app on the table and my food was ready in under 10 min. In another review, someone said the "bald guy" needed to work on his attitude. I don't know if it was a different bald guy, but the one that brought my sandwich was fine. He handed me my food and asked if I needed anything else.
All in all, for an airport restaurant, it was good and I'd eat there again.

Lacking social skills for sure but seems to be the way management wants it. If there were any other eating spots close they wouldn t stay in business. Absolutely a Z gen owner or should be. Once you enter your order you have no idea if your orders entered and neither do employees that pretty much pays no attention to customers. I know this concept was started during Covid but those times have passed an it’s time to catch back up to customer service. Unless your really Hungary , I suggest skip it or go back towards front of airport and eat. This place drove my blood pressure up . Food was ok but everytime you wanted another beer you had to plan like 15 minutes before it would come. Poooor customer service at best.

Pizza was expensive and disgusting. Saggy flat bread. Pay for extra toppings and did not receive the extra toppings.horrible customer service. Will never, ever sit at this place.

I can’t even rate this pizza. It was awful! More importantly, the man behind the counter was rude and a big jerk. And, I ordered a Coke which wasn’t even cold and they didn’t give you a cup of ice. Would never suggest to order anything there, but since there’s really nothing else down at this end of the airport, you’re stuck with this crap.

Bald dude in the back has crazy aggressive energy. Nobody greets you when you walk in. And it took forever to place an order that ended up being extremely lackluster. I knew the West Palm Beach airport food selection was lacking but this restaurant has really blown me away (in the wrong direction). I don’t think anything improves until they clean house and find new, friendlier staff. Again, you work in the customer service industry, act like it.

Server added a 50% tip to my bill. There is no phone number to reach this restaurant directly and calling the airport only results in a loop that never gets anywhere. It's like she knows a customer cannot reach the restaurant. Just be forewarned.

Just rude off the bat. I don’t understand how anyone can be off putting and rude to a customer or even someone they JUST met. Clearly I’m not alone. Luckily Starbucks is across the hallway.

I came to get a flatbread and all that lady care about is telling me that I can't get a drink from her? I don't drink or smoke anyway.

Horrible service and the QR code ordering is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen, will never come back!

Service was terrible lady was rude then rushed us then just dumped the pizza at the table . We were not staying but there is nothing on this side of security. Pizza was soso regular one for airport food but my husband order a veggie and all it had was dried mushrooms and pepper chilies on it.it was bad. Then we were told the prices are higher then the menu why dont you habe a menu with prices on it? We all understand that airport food is expensive but why does it have to be bad expect it now amd then what I dislike the most is the rudeness service is not service any-longer but they aire expect a tip. I tip very well when you earn it.
