Wanted to order some cookies and I always prefer for them to be fresh. Before I paid, I asked the young lady if they were baked this morning and she said yes. Cool, I paid for them. Before I left the store I tasted them and they were far from fresh. I told the lady that they didn’t taste fresh and all of sudden it’s “that’s all we have honey”. I just feel like she lied just to not deal with me.Apparently, Subway bakes cookies in 4 hour increments and they said they baked those cookies today. A gentlemen said they don’t carry over any cookies from the previous day, but I came around 10AM. How could a fresh cookie baked 2 hours ago not have a fresh taste?? I just feel lied to. 0 star.
