Terrible service, never visit this place or you will go home disappointed. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the woman who served us had a terrible character. She didn't even look at our faces while she put on her gloves to serve us because she had no other choice. When my pregnant wife asked for the ingredients for her bread, she threw them inside the bread without looking at her. When she told her that she didn't want any more ingredients, the woman was already wrapping the bread. My wife asked her if she could toast it. The clerk got angry and asked why she hadn't told her before, but she never asked us or gave us a chance to talk to her. She was going to charge us very quickly when I told her that I wanted a loaf of bread. Angrily, she asked me why we didn't tell her when she asked if we wanted anything else. Anyway, we only paid for the bread that was ready and left because of the terrible service she was giving us. The manager who was sitting at a table defended her at all times and made us feel guilty for her attitude. I told him that Florida has terrible service and he told me not to live here then. Anyway, come here and move on if you don't want to experience mistreatment, bad service and even a little racism.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I VISIT THIS PLACE!!
I am pregnant and I was craving a Subway, so I went to this one that is close to my house, when I entered the place was empty, at a table was the manager sitting with his cell phone and the clerk behind the counter. When she saw us enter with a very bad face and a lot of patience she put on her gloves without even looking at my face, when I started to order my bread I asked her for the ingredients and she very badly threw them into the bread. When she finished with the ingredients I told her to toast it for me, she asked me why I hadn't told her before but she never asked me. When she toasted it and wrapped it up she was going to charge me, then my husband told her that he also wanted a bread, she very reluctantly asked us why when she asked if we wanted something else we said no and she continued speaking in her language (Creole), the manager who was listening to everything defended her. We got angry and just paid for the bread that was already ready and left. The manager came out with us and continued to make excuses for the behavior of the person who served us. Simply put, if you want a subway, don't go to this store because you will end up not wanting to eat and with your day ruined. Anyone who doesn't have the charisma and patience to serve the public should simply not work in this type of place.

Stay away from this location, or at best check what they really plan to charge you before you order. They tried to charge me $68 and change for 1 wrap, 2 footlong sub sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 2 bags of chips. (That's grocery money). When I pushed back on it, they fumbled around with different ways to enter the items...RIGHT đŸ€” They weren't having any issue with charging me that if I didn't say something. And to add insult to injury, the food wasn't even fresh. So, I removed the chips and kept the drinks because the kids had drank some, and the price came to $50+ and change. I paid it because I had ordered the food, and I try very hard to operate fairly and reasonably in matters. This was definitely a teaching moment for me and the grandkids. We discussed it thoroughly, So buyer be-AWARE. Oh, and they did rob me with a smile.

the sandwich was the worse sandwich I've ever had, I only ate it because I was hungry. when we came in, the guy was texting on the phone z he didn't even lift his head to greet us and continued texting as we're standing in front of him. by the time We're ordering I asked for the bathroom and they gave me the same lame excuse the lame subway before them gave. "oh the bathroom is broken" they say that in order for you to not use it and that they don't have to clean. Just over all subway is a garbage dying business who hires under qualified, lazy workers

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR find another place to eat. The service was horrible the lettuce was all brown the wait was forever considering the 1 employee there and no other patrons the cookie was completely undone and the amount of mayo given on the sandwich was about the amount of a entire jar making the sandwich completely uneditable throwing he 2 sandwich I just spent 30 bucks on away.

If you’re not familiar with the parking lot, the “drive-up” can be confusing, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work well. You end up pulling up to the window anyway, likely because the staff isn’t using their headsets. I’m giving 3 stars because the employee who took my order was professional and made sure everything was correct. But overall, the experience was frustrating, and the unresponsive drive-up system felt unprofessional.

I have to give 1 star in order to leave a review, but this subway location it’s the worst that I have been, the service is bad, no manners, the lady that works there is so rude, that she didn't even want to work she had an attitude, they don't even greet the customers, the food what's so so, I don't recommend it not this location. I'm going to find a different location or the best Publix subs.
