Soda machine is disgusting and always broken, who ever the lady is that serves me every time always has an attitude and rolls her eyes and has NEVER made a sub for me where ive felt satisfied. Worst location to go to should be shut down.

Terrible place I never come there, a dirty place and horrible attention there were two people working a young girl and an older one the older lady badly educated between her teeth answered the greeting and with an annoyed face I ask her for a pizza and when I tell her that I want extra cheese she tells me in a bad way that I had only said a pizza that I had not said it was with extra cheese but in a very unpleasant way, the horrible pizza I did not check it before leaving but I return it burned and almost without cheese they did not give me napkins or cutlery for the pizza of course I left and I did not leave a kilo of tip I never put a foot here and the person who wants to come should be prepared to be treated badly by that lady

This establishment needs serious help. To the point I’ll call osha. Soda machine constantly has black gunk coming out which might be mold. They hire people and put them on schedule with zero knowledge of the product. I spent 45 minutes of my lunch break waiting for a half meatball sub. That’s obscured. And it’s not the new girls fault it’s the establishment. Shame on the manger who has the nastiest attitude while serving customers and leaving new people alone. Employee called her for help and she couldn’t even answer the phone. Music was so loud I thought I walked into a club. Three employees should be operating the store at all times. This business will continue to have low ratings and service if they don’t switch up the crew, management, and proper training.

This is a small Subway, but I thought it was very nice. The young lady who helped me was very friendly and courteous. The food was very good, and the restaurant was very clean. You need a key to use the restroom, but it was also very clean. Overall, I had a great experience here.

Terrible service, never visit this place or you will go home disappointed. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the woman who served us had a terrible character. She didn't even look at our faces while she put on her gloves to serve us because she had no other choice. When my pregnant wife asked for the ingredients for her bread, she threw them inside the bread without looking at her. When she told her that she didn't want any more ingredients, the woman was already wrapping the bread. My wife asked her if she could toast it. The clerk got angry and asked why she hadn't told her before, but she never asked us or gave us a chance to talk to her. She was going to charge us very quickly when I told her that I wanted a loaf of bread. Angrily, she asked me why we didn't tell her when she asked if we wanted anything else. Anyway, we only paid for the bread that was ready and left because of the terrible service she was giving us. The manager who was sitting at a table defended her at all times and made us feel guilty for her attitude. I told him that Florida has terrible service and he told me not to live here then. Anyway, come here and move on if you don't want to experience mistreatment, bad service and even a little racism.

FIRST AND LAST TIME I VISIT THIS PLACE!! I am pregnant and I was craving a Subway, so I went to this one that is close to my house, when I entered the place was empty, at a table was the manager sitting with his cell phone and the clerk behind the counter. When she saw us enter with a very bad face and a lot of patience she put on her gloves without even looking at my face, when I started to order my bread I asked her for the ingredients and she very badly threw them into the bread. When she finished with the ingredients I told her to toast it for me, she asked me why I hadn't told her before but she never asked me. When she toasted it and wrapped it up she was going to charge me, then my husband told her that he also wanted a bread, she very reluctantly asked us why when she asked if we wanted something else we said no and she continued speaking in her language (Creole), the manager who was listening to everything defended her. We got angry and just paid for the bread that was already ready and left. The manager came out with us and continued to make excuses for the behavior of the person who served us. Simply put, if you want a subway, don't go to this store because you will end up not wanting to eat and with your day ruined. Anyone who doesn't have the charisma and patience to serve the public should simply not work in this type of place.
