If you’re not familiar with the parking lot, the “drive-up” can be confusing, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work well. You end up pulling up to the window anyway, likely because the staff isn’t using their headsets. I’m giving 3 stars because the employee who took my order was professional and made sure everything was correct. But overall, the experience was frustrating, and the unresponsive drive-up system felt unprofessional.
The ladies working at the shop were very friendly and kind. Food was decent. The best you could expect from a Subway. Service was fast and correct. The atmosphere was inviting. Will visit again.
Kim was amazing . She made my sub just the way I like it and she pays attention to detail and she talks to me when I come in . A real person who loves her job. Please recognize KIM . She is special and a true customer service personality. Thanks again Kim for all you do .
