I literally stood there for 6 minutes without either employees looking up at me. They were both working on to-go orders. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager: you need to let them know how to split up work effectively.

Franchise manager cares more about the money than employees and customers. Use the app if you want to redeem coupons as they refuse to use them as advertised.

Prices are going up and unfortunately corporate Subway can't help with this establishment's poor management.

The staff is friendly and the service is quick.

If you’re not a morning person
DO NOT WORK THE MORNING SHIFT !!!
Got there at 8:05 and pulled the door it was locked but the sign said OPEN
I said ok in my head they’re probably still getting ready.
So by 8:10, I called and the lady answered with an attitude. I said hi good morning are you guys open? She said ma’am the door is open then I said oh OK I’m sorry because I just pulled the door and it was locked. She said well OK ma’am the door is open.
I already knew that walking into the restaurant this lady was going to have an attitude with me so I said good morning. She didn’t say anything. I saw her mumbling off and shaking her head so I said good morning again she said “ I’m trying to get set up “ We just opened “ with t an attitude and rolling her eyes. All I said was good morning I didn’t ask her to make a sandwich as yet because one thing about me I’m very considerate and understanding and I was giving her time to set herself up. So I politely turned around and walked back out the front door and she yelled. “What bread do you want?” I got back in my car and I drove off. Very unprofessional like get it together it was too early for her BS and I did not trust her to make my sandwich.
I will just go to another restaurant for breakfast 😊.

At 7:20 PM, my family and I came to this Subway to order food, but from the moment we walked in, the experience was awful. The girl behind the counter greeted us with a sour, unwelcoming attitude that immediately made us uncomfortable. While my wife sat down to place an online order, I asked to use the restroom. Her response? “Both bathrooms are broken,” and it was clear from her tone that she was lying. That was the last straw—I told my wife I didn’t want to eat there.

We left and drove two miles to another Subway, hoping for a better experience, but shockingly, they gave us the exact same excuse: “Bathrooms are broken.” It’s hard to believe that two locations in the same area could have the same issue at the same time.

I haven’t eaten at Subway in years because of poor service, and this confirmed my feelings. We’re only here because we’re displaced by Hurricane Milton, and my wife wanted to take advantage of the BOGO deal. Honestly, Subway should be ashamed of how their employees treat customers.

Skinny tall lady is nice but talks too much preparing the food. On the phone sometimes and spits coming out her mouth on to the food you’re about to eat. Would be nice if she wears a mask, ijs.

Horrible customer service!!!! We got there on Saturday at 9:11 am, google showed that the place was open since 9:00 am, and the sign in the door indicated that the place was open on Saturday since 9:00 am. There was one worker inside, we tried to enter but the door was locked. The worker saw us and said something that we could not listen because we were outside. So we figured that she/he was asking us to wait for a moment. When the worker opened the door for us, she/he was yelling at us in a vey bad mood, telling us that the place was closed until 10:00, that google had not updated the information yet, and blaming us like if we’re supposed to know that. We left without ordering anything, we went to another place, but that person ruined our morning. I don’t know why subway have people working that mistreat their clients and have such bad attitude. This bad experience happened on August 17, 2024. I should have asked for the name but I was so surprised about the absurd situation that I did not want to to fight, I am not used to be treated like that.

Stopped here with my college volleyball team. Spent $360 and they would not give us any discount at all and some of the employees complained because they had to serve our team of 26. What ever happen to customer service.

Slippery Ghoul

Had to use the bathroom after getting off the turnpike. Was told I needed to purchase something if I wanted to use the bathroom. When I expressed I had a medical condition and physically cannot hold my bladder, the staff member who handed me the key said "everyone says they have a medical condition to get out of buying something." Piss poor rude. I would've considered eating here but this isn't a location I'd spend my money on. No respect for those who genuinely could have a medical condition and need to use the rest room. If this is truly a rule set by Subway, there needs to be a sign on the door in bold letters that says "bathroom requires purchase" so that people can find another bathroom faster instead of finding out two steps from the finish line.

The two lady's that work there are so rude and always fight in front of a customer when they don't like something or they have a comment. Also so rude will tell you to get off the phone when ordering.
