The service was slow, the employee gave me the wrong sandwich because she was too busy on the phone, they didn’t have what I wanted, on top of everything else the employee was touching everything that is not food related with the same gloves she was using to make my sandwich, the fountain only has water flavor, no napkins in the bag.

My husband went into there the guy stayed on his phone the whole time walking back in forth with the phone in his earthe guy was not listening to what my husband orderthis is not the first time this happenedthe order came up wrong againand whatever happened to all the vegetables and cheese that is out there so you can see what you want on the the subsThere was only 5 items out there to pick fromOur subs was plain againIf the guy wants to stay on the phone he should work for the phone companyThat will be the last time there

I ordered delivery because I was unable to go physically. The tracker said that my order was picked up and the dasher was on the way but then a few minutes later it said the order was returned because the dasher couldn't "make it to me." It also said to call the store about the order so I did just that and the number doesn't even work. I tried calling three times and it would just tell me that the number is disconnected or no longer in use. I know the delivery person not giving me my order isn't there fault but not having a working number is. Why have it listed as a way to contact them when it isn't even connected. There also aren't any other options to contact them and I don't even know if I'm even getting the order that I already paid for. This situation could've been easily avoidable if they just had a reliable way to contact them.

Me and my family went here for lunch today. The lady who prepared our food was very nice, she also made suggestions on things we should try, her service was great. When we got our food, the bread was fresh and our subs were very tasty, on top of that, they have a $5 dollar footlong menu, that includes, cold cut trio, ham, spicy Italian, meatball and veggie, you know the classics, lol. But overall I was happy with my visit here and will be returning ?????

This place needs a food inspection . Because I found insects in the salad . And the lady that takes care of the people when they order food is not polite . I will never go there again or recommend anyone to going there after paying $20 dollars for a sub and salad I should of gone somewhere else instead . DO NOT BUY FOOD THERE go somewhere else you really don’t want to find any insects in your food.

Only one person ahead of me in line; he got hsi sandwich toasted. When it comes to my turn 10 minutes later the oven wont stop beeping- guess it broke right after the guy infront of me.Had me waiting for 15 minutes before i decided to walk out. Nobody even wanted to tell me hey the oven is broken i had to use context clues myself. Didn’t even speak to me about the long wait once. First and last time coming to this location specifically ?♂️

This story is never open during regular business hours. It’s always locked and no one is at the desk.. The last time I came here a woman came out of one of the rooms and walked quickly back inside and didn’t open the door. Unprofessional.
