Very rough visit. No promo items, no ham, slicing RB to order. Got a ‘tude from the manager, “We can’t do anything!” when asked about 3 straight items that were out… Can’t do anything because ownership said not to or is it don’t want to do anything?!? Inside was dirty, outside was rough. Employee making the sandwiches didn’t know what went on anything. Help!!!

Parking: Not a great location. 8 total parking spots, 3-4 taken up by. Broken down vehicle, a random truck & employee vehicles.

Every time I order from this location nothing is ever correct and I always have missing items. Today they were out of turkey, how do you allow yourself to be out of turkey? So my boyfriend told them fine 1 roast beef on wheat and one spicy Italian flatbread. We recieved 2 roast beef on wheat both with olives and tomatoes (I hate tomatoes and he hates olives), no cheese and ranch not mayo. Literally NOT ONE THING WAS CORRECT. I don't think I have ever gotten the correct order any time I have gone/ordered here. I have given them chance after chance after chance and they are clearly just incompetent so I'm done giving them chances. Shut this location down there's a better one not too far away down on dixie anyway

Worst subway I have been to. My hot sub was cold. Not prepared for the 12pm lunch. Chip rack not stocked and no cookies were made. Will not returning to this location.

My daughter was so upset & loves subway ?. I came last week to this location and everything was wonderful. Fresh food & amazing service. Also, I made sure to take a picture of their hours since they were under new management. My daughter & I went to walk in the door at 9:43 pm & the male employee stopped us and motioned that they were closed and locked the door on us. You could see the food hadn't been put away as well as the dining room was still in working order(chairs weren't picked up yet). All the open signs were still lit up. I guess for most this isn't a big deal. We drove over 20 mins just to go to that location. Not to mention my kid is autistic & nonverbal and was already upset. This was her treat to make her feel better. She could not understand why the gentleman wouldn't let us in & became very frustrated ?. If you close at 9 or 9:30, that's fine, just please let that be what your hours reflect. So people aren't making wasted trips just to go to this location and find it closed early. On another note, I do have to say the ladies that helped up last week around 12:30 in the afternoon gave outstanding service and the Food was so fresh and delicious ?

I tried to come here two nights in a row. On google AND Apple Maps it says the store closes at 10:30… yet when I arrived around 10:10 yesterday the door was locked.. the door said they close at 10.. whatever I’ll try tomorrow. So I come at 9:45 and the door is still locked :// I don’t understand what the point is of businesses to say they close at a certain time yet they’re not actually open.. they just want to close early to save THEIR time yet I bet they’re still clocked in til 10 :/ just adjust the closing times accordingly and if you guys are going to continuously and regularly lock up early.. then change the times not just on the door of your establishment.. but also online too since you know that’s how everyone receives their information these days.

I ordered a cold, cut combo sub, meaning there’s a combination of meats. What I received is a stale piece of bread with literally three slices of Bologna. I mean just look at my photos and see what I’m dealing with. Will never order from here

This Subway does not have a lot of business. I go there about once a month. It has always been fresh. It's always been good. Publix gives them a run for the money.
