Came in around 8:20 and they were out of blackened chicken. They still made our bowls and said that we would wait on the chicken. The worker said it would be about 12 minutes. So we walked around until it was supposed to be “done”. Came back and still no blackened chicken. Asked the guy worker and he lied that they used it on other bowls?? Our bowls were sitting there waiting for the chicken to be added. Just think they were being lazy. We come here frequently and have always tipped well but this just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Visited the West Palm Beach, FLA location on a family trip. Picked up our $64 order plus tipped $15. Got home and my miso salmon was missing.
I emailed and texted answering the same questions, giving the same information with boiler plate responses. No resolution.
All of this for a $17 salad...wow

I’ve now been to this Sweetgreen three times, and each time I’ve been told they don’t have fries — even though they’re clearly on the menu and I know they can make them. Today was the last straw. I ordered two servings of fries, waited 30 minutes, and they only brought out one. They gave the second order to someone behind me just because that person asked for it too.

This kind of service is unacceptable. It feels like the staff just doesn’t want to make certain items and keeps making excuses instead of doing their job. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous for a place that markets itself as high quality.

I won’t be returning until management addresses this. Do better.

This is the best sweetgreen I’ve ever been to. The employees are so friendly and efficient. I’m a regular here so they always remember my order and smile. They are super kind. I also love their salads, my favorite is the guacamole greens.

they make an order before they have a courier to deliver and it just sits there, no mode of communication, THEY SUCK

Great place to go if you like paying 30$ for a 4$ lunch. Not many options as is, and their usually out of basic items.
