Very inconsistent for delivery - every order has missing ingredients. Will not be ordering again.

I've gone to this location 4 times and each time they've been out of ingredients for the salad I order. Get it together

Hands down, consistently, worst S. FL. location. Staff is rude/apathetic and untrained. Carlos, is especially rude and unhelpful. No level of customer service at this location. They often don't have ingredients and won't make up for it by offering a different ingredient complementary (if you don't have cold sweet potatoes that come with the meal and you do have hot ones, then you should offer the hot ones to make up for it...not several times refuse and charge me for the hot ones, Carlos and have an attitude with it and leave my order to go make other orders because you don't want to deal with this. They give the smallest portions of any location. The mngr of this location needs to be reviewed as none of the staff are trained up in any level of customer service.

Mike! The manager at this location helped me out a few months ago. He's from Boston.

He made me a salad called the Boston Mike. It's the best salad I've had in my whole life.

Mike, if youre out there! I need to know the recipe. Sweetgreen is opening up in the city I'm in next month and I need to make this salad.

I wanted to order a salad was told they didn’t have romaine lettuce. Another server said they would have lettuce in 10 minutes so I waited
My server disappeared so another person helped me but now they were out of apples and sweet potatoes I have now waited over 1/2an hour I am not blaming the servers there was on woman chopping her arms off
You were very short on staff and your management is certainly not doing their job
The salad was good but also the bowl wafer from full. Lastly they had run out of tops

The Board of Health Should Shut Them Down! I went for lunch with a friend on Tuesday at the City Place Sweetgreen location in WPB on 11/11/25 and there was a girl frantically sweeping behind the counter while employees were assembling waiting customer’s salads. I bit my tongue and didn’t say anything because I thought she would have enough common sense to stop but she continued for another 15 minutes. I finally approached her to let her know how unsanitary it is to sweep right next to open food because she’s kicking up dirt and dust that is going airborne into the food. She explained that her manager told her to do it. I let her know the appropriate time for her to do her sweeping would be after all the customers are out of the store and when all the food is either put away or covered. I asked to speak with her manager and I explained to him how I watched her for a good 20 minutes (while my friend and I were trying to eating but were so grossed out) continue to sweep vigorously and kick up floor grime/dirt/dust into the food that they were preparing for customers. I tried to take a video of her as we were leaving but she aggressively chased my friend and I out of the store screaming that I was harassing her and she was going to call the police on me. I said. “Great, go ahead because I will call the Health Department and we can all sit down and have a productive meeting. The manager mentioned that there are “tasks” that his employees must do continuously throughout their shift regardless of whether there are customers in the store or not. This place is so dirty and unsanitary I can only imagine what’s going on that you don’t see.

I just ate at this unit because my friends did it. But I had to rate this because this place stands out from everything else in this area. It's disorganized and dirt. The team seems bothered by your presence there. The food bar was messed up. VERY LOW amount of protein in my bowl, and the flavor... No flavor at all. I'll never enter in another Sweetgreen again.

TINY SERVINGS! This West Palm Beach location gives the absolute STINGIEST servings of the ingredients possible. You get basically one half to 1/3 of the bowl filled. Instead of a normal filled bowl! Its outrageous! The photos show half empty bowl.
I've had Sweet Green in numerous other cities, but West Palm is the worst. Train your people how to make a salad that has the correct amount of ingredients instead of skimping stingily on absolute every single ingredient! Perhaps a new manager is in order!

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
