I’ve had sweetgreen twice! It’s delicious! I only wish that the price could be adjusted when key ingredients are missing but overall I’ll be back! :)

I was ignored when I walked in, stood at the order counter for a while, no welcome or even eye contact my way.

A minute later another customer walked in and was served first, even though they came after me which the three employees there obviously knew. I just looked at them a bit confused and mid way making the other customers bowl, they finally looked at me asked if I needed to order. Almost an annoyance at my staring.

I decided not to get a bowl because I have no idea why I was given poor customer service. ignored, then no smile or cordial acknowledgement even though I said NOTHING with a smile on my face the whole time. I was confused by the almost annoyance cuz I had not said or done anything rude, I work in customer service so I make it a point to never be rude and polite hoping for the best.

I am a young black woman with a fro, and the only one in the restaurant at the time so I can't think of any other reason for the poor service. Two women (Gabby) and one man behind the counter game me zero eye contact, zero welcome, and wanted to ignore me. Multiple customers came in while I was inside and, watching them give other customers greetings, smiles, and "how's your day"a that freely immediately after me is wild

Waited 40 min for two bowls to go so we decided to eat it at the location instead and didn’t even bother because everything was completely cold. There was 1 other person waiting in the facility, not sure what took 40 min but it definitely wasn’t fresh food. Not risking getting sick.

A friend order me a salad for lunch and since I have been eating here. Their vegetables are very fresh and delicious. I believe it was also a piece of salmon in one of my salads , which was well cooked and seasoned . A healthy place to enjoy an amazing meal.

It is always a difficult time to just get a simple side of protein with new workers. There is one lady who is from the Caribbean, extremely sweet, who, like others before the new people came to work here, sells the protein just as is for my son. The acting manager stated that that's how the company wants this. If that's the case, I curse this company and every business endeavor that they will start, for they are grubbers and of course, I will never ever come here again. The same way as I have not gone to Starbucks since 1997, when I found out how they exploited farmers in Costa Rica.

Amazing food. I eat here every day, sometimes twice per day.

Place has gone downhill recently. Basically rabbit food. Tiny portions of greens. Even smaller portions of proteins. I had the Green goddess, and was literally starving within about 2 hours. Not worth the time or money anymore. Used to be one of my favorite spots for a quick bite.
