I’ve had so so at best experiences with this particular franchise location of Taco Bell. Although this time was different. I was greeted by Sergio at the front counter and was provided a level of service far above anything that I’ve ever received from any employee at this location day or night. He was very informative about products and made suggestions and was respectful even though his coworkers and leadership on this Sunday evening were horrible. They were degrading him and made us feel uncomfortable as we tried to ignore their comments towards Sergio’s performance. He said that he had worked at a corporate location and it’s clear that the corporate location provides a much better environment conducive of high levels of customer service. Maybe this franchisee should look into Sergio and learning from this newly transferred employee. Thanks for the Great Service Sergio! :) Kind Regards, Todd

This was the first time I've been to this one & the staff was so nice
Everything is almost always pretty solid here. But, if you’re coming out late night after a long night of work and just want a quick bite because “who wants to cook at 1 am” is the mood; you better hope that big oversized white girl isn’t working at the window. She knows how to do get the order right thank god, but she is one rude girl. I don’t know her name but you definitely can’t miss her. Trust me. She’s really took “Live Màs” to heart. You’d think if you’re that much overweight you’d be friendly so you have at least one thing going for you. Not her. But, unfortunately if you don’t get Peppa Pig to serve you, you’re stuck with some person who has an insane accent that is almost impossible to understand over the intercom. Foods always good though. That’s why I go back. Oh well.

Food: so far the best taco bell I have ever eaten. The food was acceptable. Giving 3 stars to the food at a fast food restaurant is an achievement.
Service: Workers on the phone and going to the bathroom so they can use it without being seen by the cameras. I have nothing to criticize and nothing to applaud.
Atmosphere: Taco Bells have always been clean. In every way. I have never felt uncomfortable in a one. Every time I go I feel relaxed
Others: They have machines that allow you to serve yourself whatever you want and self-pay. The sound of the bathroom is very annoying, too annoying. The sodas feel worse quality than any other taco bell

Dietary restrictions: Do not come in case of dietary restrictions
Parking: It is very easy to find parking, you will not have problems with that

Ms. Stephanie was indeed courteous,got excellent customer service,patience she went above and beyond to assist me with my order I took some time because what I was looking for wasn't there and she make sure even thou it's not. She won't let me leave without getting something else. I was a little difficult in making my order, not seeing what I wanted. All the others refuse to assist and stand off, but Ms Stephanie stood out. I remembered at one point she went to assist another customer while everyone stood there looking at me and doing nothing. It was not a busy night. I was the only one inside the building, and one vehicle at the car park.
My wife Amy and I (Dave) and my father Bob come into Taco Bell every Sunday for lunch, and we are treated very nice by the staff. One person, a Ms. Bailey H. goes above and beyond. We normally sit in the same seat every week and Ms. Bailey brings our food to our table and asks if we need anything else. She is so kind and exceptional at her job. It is always a pleasure to see her when we arrive. Taco Bell should know that they have a most excellent employee named Bailey H.
