Food is terrible…chips were fried to a crisp and super greasy. Plastic silverware. I love Mexican but this was terrible food. Don’t waste your money.

We ordered all of them and they did not give us 2 dishes of food that we ordered and they did not even apologize. They asked for a 30 dollar tip after serving us poorly.

Shitty service. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Lazy workers. Came here twice and wasted my time. I just wanted a drink she said come back in two hours when I come
Back she tells me she can’t sell me the drink and has all the doors locked but there’s people eating inside. Makes no sense.

A piece of plastic came out in my meal, the waitress didn't apologize, she just took it away and from what I think I saw from the table where we were, she took it out herself. He never came to the table again to check on us. Only when we ask for the bill. My toast had absolutely no flavor, I had to put the sauce from the chips on it to at least have some. The ground beef taco was better, my husband ordered the flautas and the same thing, it lacked flavor. The birria taco was good. Everything is terrible. I would never go back.

When I arrived, no one attended to me alone, I sat at one of their tables and (3 girls
At the front, they took my order but I decided to order a margarita, the waitress never looked at me next to me cleaning the floor and table and I yelled at her, she looked everywhere except at the customer, she finally managed to look at me (it was a hunt for looks ) I was trying to get the lady to watch me (for good service you should never take your eyes off the costumers while still being insistent) but waiting for what the client needs, she finally manages to serve me and says they don't have a bartender ,but they manage to prepare me a girl that they also charged me at a high price for a strawberry juice with half alcohol, (without being close to being a margarita) the birria tacos the meat seemed boiled the sauce was boiled and watery meat without flavor some and very little portion of meat more onion and cilantro than meat, the tacos were soft, the sauce on the chips for starters was pure water, in short what a disgusting food not to mention that a table that arrived first than I waited x more than 40 minutes for some enchiladas which only take a few minutes and they told him that we are at a change of shift, what a disappointment people could see were workers who needed to eat as quickly as possible, the quality of the food was really terrible and super bad service , you lost some more clients today

Your customer service personnel it’s extremely rude. Never in my life have I been mistreated the way I did today while doing uber deliveries for your company. Every time I go your place it’s not busy at all and you will keep loosing customers if you don’t change your customer service. I would love to get in contact with a manager or the owner regarding the pregnant frontline team member, she is the face of your restaurant and thanks to her you lost me as a client and delivery partner.
