Very kind staff, very attentive, willing to work with you to match your needs. Gave us free food after after our weight was a little longer than usual. We didn't mind but they still went out of their way.

I don't know what has happened to every single tacos al carbon but they're all have gone down in their quality of food.. I will stop going there i have tried all their different locations in my area and they have disappointed me because of their food that used to be delicious and now its terrible so sad whatever the owners have done i hope their pockets have filled up at the cost of their food that USED TO BE DELICIOUS and is taco bell grade 👎🤢🤢🤢

Worst taco Al carbon I ever been to, swear my tacos tasted like dog food and the food was ridiculously nasty. I love taco Al carbon but this is the worst location of all .

All pricey but good

I stopped in and the girl at the register was on the phone. She was gossiping about personal stuff while taking orders. I don’t think she knew I understood a little Spanish & I thought it was very unprofessional.

She was so busy on the phone. The only time she went to my table was to bring me my food. I had to get up to get my drink. I had to get back up to get my fork and had to go back to the front to ask her for the check when I was finished eating.

It was the worst service I ever had.

And a lady in black sitting at the bar area that kept staring at me so rudely. I smiled at her but she did not even smile or speak to me when she walked by.
If it wasn’t for the delicious tacos I will probably never come back. I will take it to go next time.

Chicken nachos were made with (maybe?) rotisserie / no season & no flavor. Stacked on think chips, more like pita chips, and white cheese.. asked for tomato & jalapenos on side ... tomatoes were on it, waitress brought 2 WHOLE jalapenos in dish... Asked for salsa, she brought green squirt bottle (eww) NO MARGARITAS, DIRTY BATHROOM... we had 2 more join us & waitress brought out 2 plates.. (?)
Although wait staff spoken Spanish, Taco Bell would have been a better choice 😐

Very tasty Mexican food . I really enjoyed the chicken taco salad. I'm gluten free so o had it without the shell. I almost couldn't finish it. There was a lot of meat. They also gave me some sour cream. Which made it even more tasty. I got there 20 minutes tp close and they didn't rush me. I would definitely eat here again.

A girl around 5’ 2 was not courteous at all. She never made us feel welcomed. She did not give us the usual chips and dip that you get at other tacos Al carbon and when her co-worker a young male walked by, I tried to stop him to ask him to get my waitress and he kept walking acting like he didn’t hear me, but I know he did
. But yeah, awful service. This happened a few months ago and again today 3/15/25 at the restaurant at Belvedere and near military.

Had tacos once. Tortillas fall apart. Went back to try a different item, but they were closed. They put a sign saying new hours, but still weren't open for the new hours. 50 other taco places in the area, will go to one of those who don't waste my break time.
