Great food, fast service, friendly staff

Ordered through Uber Eats which was surprising since their location is in Concord NC and my house is literally 15 mins away from them but their app stated my house was outside their delivery frame, so, already the pricing was an issue there. I had ordered their birria tacos, mac n cheese birria and their street corn, the only thing that was decent was the street corn if I’m being honest, the tacos lacked so much flavor and the mac n cheese birria was dry and it was the one thing I was looking forward to trying. Hate to see a company that was started by real Latinos not thrive as much as they could.

For me the tacos and quesadillas I had were not as authentic as I have had at other establishments. The food was not as I would have preferred in terms of authenticity and taste, but someone else might enjoy the difference in how they prepare their meals, it’s not for me.

The steak loaded nachos and the taco shell for the birria taco bowl was the only good tasting food. Birria Mac and cheese was bland, the birria tasted SWEET?? Rice was bland, the sweet birria overpowered the taste of anything else. Food tasted whitewashed and is EXTREMELY overpriced.

They take to long to cook the food and bad customer service it took them 25 mins + to coock some tacos 🌮 i'm never coming back .

Food was delicious just needed a little salt and the place was nice but they are extremely under staffed, twice I've went there and both times there was just one overwhelmed employee in the front trying to take care of large amount of orders, this lack of help makes the process to receive your food way to long and the frustrated energy is passed along to the staff and customers would like to see them succeed but would not go back if I have to deal with the same problems every time.

Love the food but man you guys need to get some management or something at this location. Girl at the front was wearing AirPods and was mad if a customer asked for something. She’s was definitely overwhelmed with a lot of orders. While we were eating we witness her get into a verbal altercation with a uber driver. That guy was waiting for the food the whole time we were there. I'll be going to the Wellington location from now on, they have it under control. If I was an owner of this place I’d be here more trying to get it right. What a shame.
