Service at this location if moderately busy comes up short every time. Little to no engagement with the guests after water served- appetizers come out from food runner no plates - ask another employee in passing and watch them do nothing or tell noone. Runners walking by empty handed not eye contact with guests managers watching from a top chatting with each other- we stat for almost 20 minutes with no drink order no waiter. The waiter once engaged was amazing but he was set up to fail since no one else even tried to engage our party of 10....sad.

Never have I been to a restaurant that to celebrate a birthday and they don't sing happy birthday?!! Was so disappointed that I had to write this review. Went with a party of 10 last night to celebrate my sister's 45th birthday and was so upset. The place itself if nice, warehouse style huge bar with tons of different tequilas and super crowded. Nice wall art and just a beautiful big space. The food also, pretty good, the smoke brisket delicious! Not sure exactly what was going on; whether they were understaffed or what last night but the service was actually so bad, it was comical! They kept bringing us food and drinks that we hadn't ordered. At one point, the manager came and left one of the plates we hadn't ordered in the middle of the table, like for us to keep it and apologized for the confusion. We ate almost half of it and then the waitress came and took it back?! Like really?! What were they going to do with a plate we half ate? Throw it away? They can't serve it to others so why take it back? It is as just overall such a bizarre experience! I tried as hard as I could to keep it together because it was my sister's special day but it really was tough!?? The waitress brought my sister's birthday dessert, placed it in front of her, said happy birthday and literally walked away! We all just looked at each other in shock. At other restaurants, when you celebrate a birthday they make a big deal about it; candles, banging of things, usually all the waiters in the restaurant gather around to cheer you on and sing together. None of that happened here! It was surreal at this point and thus, why I had to write this review to warn others!

We were seated right away for our 530 reservation. Our waitress Megan was attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious as was the watermelon jalapeño margarita. We were eating early to catch a show and got out in just the right amount of time. It was just an outstanding experience all around.

Server had too many tables. No clean up between courses. Had to wait for clean plates after food was served. Drinks came after food was finished. Olivia the manager was FANTASTIC. Good was AMAZING as always GET THE NACHOS!! They have 4 of these wonderful restaurants BUT different policies on Margarita Mondays

Brooke was our server and she was amazing, she helped guiding us through the menu for those who hadn't dined there before and she let us know about the newly launched cocktails, honestly everything was great and i always appreciate great service and great food!! I like the restaurant however we came at 6 and were told happy hour only for outside When we wanted to eat dinner before a show. Dinner good but I wanted diffetent enchiladas and had to get 3 of the same when my husband had a choice of tacos. So 2 margaritas each were same price as meal?!!
Reserved a table for an early New Year's Eve dinner. Wonderful experience from service, food to atmosphere. Highly recommend

El Camino is a great restaurant for a one-on-one tacos and margarita date or a large group outing. I had called in advance for a table of 10 and due to the craziness of holidays, we had to pivot multiple times and ended up at a different time and number. Not once did the El Camino staff make us feel like a burden but we're always ready to accommodate. Once there, we had excellent service. Our waters, salsas, and chips were always full. We were asked appropriately about refills on drinks and our food arrived promptly and correct - even with alterations for dietary restrictions. The bill was also able to be separated by couple. Overall, El Camino was extremely prepared and qualified to handle a group of our size while the rest of the restaurant was lively.

It was good it was a large table so it took like 45 min to get our food for 6 couples food is teed stuff not really Mexican traditional.

Stopped in during the convention with some finance bros. Staff was accommodating and had some great recommendations. Crazy tequila selection but surprised they didn't have any Teramana with the Rock in town. Waiter was able to recommend some really great tequila instead. Tequila Ocho first time having it definitely know there stuff. Food was hot and came out quickly even though they were busy. Graffiti on the wall is awesome manager said it was by this cool Wynwood artist. Definitely coming back when in town again to check out their happy hour.
