Very Lax on hospitality. Walked down at 6:30am for breakfast and nothing is even out and two of the employees were standing there talking. No one said good morning.Second time at this hotel. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The managers here were absolutely helpful and on top of everything! I'm so impressed and so appreciative of them! (Ms Giselle).

Terrible neighborhood. Awful hotel. Good front desk staff. Within an hour 3 adults pounded on my door, and upon opening the door, they looked so surprised. They said they wanted to see inside the room? And that they didn't know anyone was in the room...Turns out it was corporate, and they thought someone was squatting in this room. I ended up changing rooms because there were ants - a lot of ants- in the bathroom and the sink. EW. I met some local friends for dinner who told me that was a terribly unsafe area and not to walk around. It's a good thing I didn't take the recommendation of the 30'ish yr old man who butted in on my conversation with the front desk person to say there was a great food truck down from the hotel on a side street and he would show me where it was. Later some work colleagues told me that area was known for human trafficking. The next day the front desk person was printing out some word documents for me and advised that I come behind the desk, because there was a mentally unstable women at the desk sobbing, sinking to the floor, trying to say there was a package for her. He told me the police bring people off the streets and put them in rooms at this hotel and it wasn't a safe place for an older white lady. How was I to know this was a dump? It's a Marriott hotel - so disappointing. Might switch to Hiltons next trip.

This hotel was a nightmare. When we showed up there were 3 cops cars from West Palm Beach and the cops weee sitting in the lobby. That itself was a little alarming. Check in was easy and the only good experience. When we went to the room the overall look was nice until you walked in. Due to COVID, we always Lysol everything. When spraying the bed we noticed the sheets were stained. I called room service to change it. The housekeeping manager came in very much annoyed and asking where the stain was. When we showed her she rolled her eyes and walked out. She sent in a person of her staff which came in to change the sheets with a child. The child was clinging to the sheets all the while she had no mask on and entered our room where we were in. She proceeded to help change the sheets with the housekeeping staff, still no mask on the entire time. The child at that point contaminated the room and others as she was working with the housekeeper since we checked in. When they left we continued to see the room and the sofa had a huge visible stain. The carpets were stained badly. The bathrooms are very outdated and oxidized. And the room reeks of humidity. After all of this we decided to stay else where. When I went to the front desk I advised we had only been there an hour but wanted to cancel the reservation. The lady said okay. I asked if I would be refunded and she advised yes. When I asked for a receipt then she proceeded to ask why we're leaving. I explained everything above to which she answered "I don't understand why the housekeeper working with her daughter is any of your concern" I then told her the child being there ironically isn't the issue to me, it's that this child is working with her parent at this hotel, touching and changing sheets all while not wearing a mask. Because this was done to my room and also when I was in the room and observed this then that's why it did affect me. The front desk staff member then handed me a receipt. I thanked her and wished her a new year and she didn't even respond. Terrible experience and definitely not the service I expect from a Marriott. Save your money.

lady at the front wasn't trying to let us check in and then had been giving us hell since staying here & banged on our door & told us we would be escorted by police if we didn't check out but have been staying here a week also the lights barely work you have to bang on the wall for them to turn on. there's nothing nice about this hotel!

Without a doubt, Mykayla, the front desk associate, deserves a raise. We had messed up our reservation, she not only adjusted that, she gave us an upgrade. As a titanium elite member I always try to stay in Marriott Hotels. I just wish that all service industry employees were as exceptional as Mykayla at this Marriott. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!

Two stars because the morning crew were nice. I picked courtyard mostly because of the bistro which the hotel website said was open, it's not. Only the marketplace and coffee. I know this is because of covid, but they should update the website. Also no shuttle from airport again website said it was available. Closest place to walk to for breakfast is ihop. Room had a faint smell of cigarettes. Couch is stained! I'm not usually a complainer, but I won't be staying here again.

Honestly the only wonderful thing about this Marriott was the lobby. Beautiful and simple secor, elegant chairs and seating area. The hotel management staff is not polite nor is she customer service friendly. I find it quite disappointing when staff is reprimanded in front of customers and that customers feel belittled by that same member of management. She could definitely use a course in customer service again The housekeeping staff if you can chase them down will provide extra towels for your room. If you want your room serviced be sure to mention that the day before to the front desk because rooms are not cleaned daily. Not sure if that's a COVID-19 thing or not. There is no one in the market area to provide service, if the front desk staff sees you standing over there, they won't really go out if their way to mention that to you or to tell you grab what you want/need and brink it to them for purchase. Now as we head up to our rooms...you have to get in the extremely humid/moist feeling elevator, which has dust and dirt galore in the carpet and the vents...not sure who's missing the mark in that part, but it is extremely noticeable when you get onto the elevator. Upon exiting the hotel the heavily thick aroma of Marijuana smacks you in the face, and since this is a smoke free hotel....that's a shocking scent to be used as air freshener. Mentioned this to the front desk and housekeeping was sent with a can of air freshener... cause that really helped ‍ Some of the rooms have major water spots on the ceilings along with peeling chunks of the paint (414). It's also kinda disturbing that the windows slide all the way open with no screens or catch to prevent them from opening all the way. All in all I do NOT recommend this hotel for any kind of stay outside of maybe 1 night because it is super close to the airport, and even then I would suggest staying there as an absolute last resort.
