This was the most racist experience ever 🙄...I had came here for my birthday 9/19 me and my husband they had seated us at the small table they can find we didn't have any room or privacy 😒 my husband had 2 beers and no food and I had 2 cocktails and a pasta dish the waitress decided to id me but didn't ask for ID from anyone else and they changed us over $100 my husband ordered some wings to go and he never got the wings 😒🙄 we had to wait so long for our food and drinks... our total time we were there was 2 hours and majorly of that time was us waiting for drinks.. the utensils I had to eat with was already on the table out in the open and dirty and they never came and sing happy birthday and the waitress knew it was my birthday smh🙄 such an awful experience

First of all Awful service, we only had 10 people and we didn’t get the food out correctly, we were left sitting there for so long waiting to get a drink. One of the kids was waiting on food for so long, the fries were horribly stale, and it was 3 separate orders and they were all stale and cold not even warm. The meat was not cooked like we expected but we didn’t want to send it back because my brothers food didn’t come til almost everyone was done eating. Then splitting the check was just absolutely awful. After 3 or 4 times my daughter had to go up there with the manager and split it herself. Absolutely never again.

It was my first time visiting and the waitress was wonderful, excellent customer service! The food was good, and the cheesecake was top tier delicious! I just didn't appreciate the folks that were vaping close to my table.

The Cheesecake Factory is still one of my favorite spots. I love going there for lunch. We decided to get the buffalo cauliflower and it was amazing. The dishes itself was full of vegetables which was a treat

Outstanding stop for a delicious meal before our show at the theatre. Great variety to choose from the large menu. Food was served timely, hot and fresh.
