The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - West Palm Beach, FL

I’ll not be going back here again.Gyro was just ok, but Souvlaki Fast has much better gyro. Hardly any lettuce at all, it was luke warm, but it was ok.A girl working there bussing tables told me “excuse me” in a forceful way while I was standing there at the front and waiting twenty minutes for a gyro and falafel side. It was not that busy at all but I stepped back and noticed there was plenty of room for her to walk around but she did not put the customer first, she put herself first. Most places that have good service, the staff walk around guests unless there’s no other way. She didn’t even say “I’m sorry” for making the customer step out of her way instead of the reverse. This above all made me not like it.The falafel was pretty good with the hummus. And the sweet tea was good.But I’ll be going to Souvlaki Fast in Royal Palm or the Palm Beach outlets when I’m craving fast but delicious Greek food.

Food and service are top notch. We've eaten our way through the menu and find nothing to complain about! The chairs though, that's a different story. Highly recommend, they do a ton of takeout (maybe the chairs??) And orders are usually spot on. Keep up the great job Great Greek!!

Vegetarian options: Excellent falafel platter.

You know this place is amazing when your in the mood for steak and come here instead of the steakhouse!! Seriously, tender, tasty and hands down delicious! Paired with a salad so fresh it feels like they picked it just for me!! My FAVORITE place in West Palm!!

I am very pleased with the home made quality of the food and the prices. It’s fast food prices with high end food quality. Definitely recommend it.

I love Greek salad, I eat it weekly if not more. This place has the best Greek dressing I have ever tried. And the feta is so fresh and delicious! The pita bread is soft and tasty. My spouse starting eating the salad and couldn’t stop - he literally ate his, half of mine, and the side portion from our child’s meal. The hummus is so good I’m going to lie and tell my spouse it’s bad so I can eat it all. All in all, you should eat here.

Ordered from this place a few times was good but one issue I had, we got raw chicken on our skewers, both meals we called them. The person who answered the phone said oh I’ll tell the manager later. What should have happened is that the manager is put immediately on the phone to deal with it. This is just bad business and makes me sad honestly. They should have offered to send me 2 new meals immediately, my house is 10mins away and I ordered through Uber eats. I order from this place often and I’m really upset that a frequent customer is treated like that. Please do better.

The worst service and really bad food. I ordered a chicken souvlaski plate and the chicken was cold. fries where not fresh. Overall really bad food. I asked if I could get something else instead of checked and the lady with a bad attitude said it would take 15 minutes. I waited approximately 45 minutes and never got the food. Asked about it and they said it was not ready yet. Waist of money and time DO NOT EAT HERE

The most delicious Greek food I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place. I am definitely going back for more. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. A great atmosphere.

This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise! I didn’t plan on stopping here but after a long day of driving, I just wanted to get a quick bite. Inside was clean and staff was friendly! Their menu has common allergen and diet designations which I appreciated. I got the Great Greek rice bowl with chicken added - the portion was large and made two meals for me. I’ll definitely be back!

Vegetarian options: I saw falafel as a add-on option and the Great Greek rice bowl comes without meat automatically.

Dietary restrictions: Their menu has common allergens listed. I know for certain Gluten-free options were designated, and I believe vegetarian/vegan options were listed as well.

Definitely worth checking out. Great service. Good food.

Don't ask how I would like my steak if you're not going to cook it that way. I asked for a medium cook, not a well done!! When asking about it they look at you as if you don't know what were taking about. The "food runner" even asked, isn't that how medium is supposed to be?? " Ummmm NO! I return my kabob and received the another skewer exactly the same cook.Take a look at the pic. Do you see any pink center? No. It's dry, cooked meat!

Came to this restaurant after attempting to go into Bimini twist that was way overcrowded. We were over the moon about how great the food tasted. We were very skeptical at first because we wanted something a little more fancier. This is a place where you walk up and order however they did bring the food to us and continued to check on us.... definitely multiple levels above fast food. We were blown away by the customer service.The only thing that could have made this experience better is if they served alcohol or allow byob.

Yumo! This is our second time to this location and every time we go there the place is clean the people are friendly food comes out quickly and it taste delicious let alone very affordable I had a few questions because we’re new to the area and the manager Shane was very helpful and very informative we just love getting our food there and eating outside it’s just nice to be able to not have to wait for a table or worry about that we have to get up to free up a table I would highly recommend this restaurant especially if you’re Shopping at legacy shops !

Well I can't even say if the food was good or not because even tho the door says opens at 11am the people inside were ignoring me. It was 11:17, raining, and they kept looking at me holding up a finger motioning 'hold on'... yea right! Long story short go to Chipotle down the road
