The staff, the vibe, and the coffee were all great!! We got the iced maple & brown sugar latte and it was fantastic!!! Not too sweet but plenty of flavor.
The donuts were good, but not the best donut I’ve ever had. They look incredible, the taste was a bit underwhelming. Overall we're glad we stopped in and tried them.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Salty Donut in CityPlace! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Mona at the register—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made great recommendations and made the whole ordering process a breeze.

Manager Crystal went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about both the customers and her team. The service was top-notch, and the vibe in the shop was just as sweet as the donuts.

Oh, and the donuts? Unreal. Fresh, creative, and seriously delicious—this place knows what they’re doing.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Big thanks to Crystal and Mona for making my visit so memorable!

Incredible donuts, amazing coffee, and top-tier service!

The Salty Donut in West Palm Beach is an absolute gem. The Key Lime donut was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—zesty, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I paired it with their Maple and Brown Sugar Cold Brew iced coffee, which was bold, smooth, and exactly what I needed on a hot Florida day.

A huge shoutout to Crystal, the manager, and Mona at the register, who was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for every guest. You can tell the team here really cares.

The coffee is amazing and that's coming from someone who doesn't drink coffee!! The donuts taste fresh and delicious and there wasn't one i didn't like and i tried four!! Def reccommend the maple brown sugar cold brew and the key lime donut.

Was excited to try a donut and coffee but was pretty disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement from the staff member working. They pretty much stared at us while we looked at the assortment and clearly didn’t want to be bothered by any questions. I rushed to decide what to order because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Decided to get a drink from Starbucks instead of inconveniencing them any longer with my presence. Glazed donut was pretty good, Nutella donut wasn’t impressive. Don’t want anyone losing their job over this but if you’re going to work at a donut shop you should probably expect customers to come in relatively excited and having some questions.
