NEVER AGAIN!!!! I got the worst food poisoning. I had to go to the hospital!! Bourban Chicken. Bad news!!

‼️DO NOT EAT HERE‼️Me and my girlfriend just had the most disrespectful experience with the only manager here, he is the most disrespectful and rudest manager I have ever dealt with when handling people food. I got mixed veggies beef and broccoli with fried rice and an egg roll. Everything was VERY SALTY except for the mixed veggies. After having one bite I WOULDNT EVEN FEED THIS TO A CHILD, I already knew it was gonna be a back and forth thing BUT NOT LIKE THIS ONE, Soon as I went up there to return the food because I didn’t want ANYTHING ELSE from them he INSTANTLY GOT RUDE and told me and my gf that we shoulda tried everything before buying it, and I did try the mixed veggies but they acted like they had a problem with that….so after I told em that the food was VERY salty and I didn’t want anything else he said “that’s dumb but whatever idc” I said excuse and instantly my gf got upset and speaking up he literally was going back and forth with her being very rude I stepped in and let em know the customer is always right and that’s definitely no way to speak to a paying customer ESPECIALLY BEING A MANAGER he told me “OH WELL I GET RUDE CUSTOMERS ALL THE TIME AND IF SHE BE DISRESPECTFUL TO ME IM GONNA BE DISRESPECTFUL TO HER IDC” fast forward I got my money back but it came with a whole rude belligerent conversation we didn’t even get a sorry or anything. The manager there obviously get away with talking to ppl like that so he’s gonna continue to do so and I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS FOR COMPANIES UNLESS THEY ASK but I just HAD to share my experience to let people know DOO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE… not even for your child

That manager is rude and disrespectful we told him the food was to salty and he immediately Got upset and said that we should have tasted the food before we bought it, then continued to be rude saying whatever and that i was being rude to him so he could be rude to me but that wasn’t the case he was immediately rude to me so i returned the favor and let him know thats not how you treat people his customer service is terrible and he needs to be replaced immediately, I whish there was a number to call because i would have reported him and now looking back at all of the reviews i see just what type of person he is just rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend anyone else eating there l.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Food is disgusting, management and employees are a joke. After buying 2 separate plates from here one for my husband and one for my son, we sit down and the start to eat almost immediately my husband says the rice was not good.. as my 6yr old son was eating his plate he found a dead bug inside his rice. Immediately he said to us “look what was in my rice omg mommy they tried to let me eat this” as I was feeding our newborn baby I said hold on let’s go show them and he ran up to the gentleman pictured and started telling him what he found, with my husband approaching behind our son the guy says “is that a bug” my son said “yes it was in my rice” he replied “that was in your food” looks at the other employees and smiles. He then laughed as if my son was lying. Noticing what was going on I walked up and said my son is showing you a dead bug that he just found in his food. The manager then says “I needed to see the bug in the food, you should have left it in the food” and laughs again along with the employees. I Immediately get frustrated and asked “you think my son killed a bug placed it in his food and brought the bug up here” him and all the employees just kept laughing as if we were lying. I couldn’t do anything but walk away because I was so frustrated and all the laughing. Such poor customer service, poor management and poor food quality. Stay away

terrible dry overcooked chicken, of which there are 3 grams, stinky noodles and broccoli, asked for a side of shrimp which was then calculated at a full price for 19.99 shrimp combo

Dirty. I saw the lady wipe walls and counter with a dirty rag. I saw the young man take out a box of trash, touch a bunch of surfaces and then attempt to handle food. I asked him, POLITELY, could he please change his gloves before handling my order. He switched up so fast and got so offended. Why would you be defensive about changing gloves when your are handling someone’s FOOD!? That says a lot of about this place. Disgusting.

5 pm and they close at 8pm but refute to cook what the menu offers if they ran out because they said they are closing in 2.5 hours .. how stupid for a business.. they are selling iinly the left over items which is not much .. waste

Located inside Food court in Tanger Outlet, they have so many different dishes already cooked and ready to serve. Clean and tidy area around the food. Multiple people are behind the counter to keep customers moving along fast. We got a platter to go with rice, vegetables and grill chicken. Super quick service, didn’t have to wait in line at all. I liked the chicken, it had a sweet taste. Rice was average. The vegetables seemed fine to be fine too. It is the most cost effective store in the food court.
