My first time at Tropical Smokehouse was unfortunately a disappointment. For a $26 meal, the portion sizes were far below what I expected. The brisket sandwich had less than 3 ounces of meat, the single smoked gator sausage I tried was lukewarm, and the yucca was only mildly warm—nothing felt fresh or worth the price.

Tried to order by phone for me and my neighbors. Got a recording telling me to email for "ordering issues". Emailed order, no response after 10 minutes. Tried to order from their Facebook page but the menu didn't have an item I wanted.
So I go there. Cashier tells me I have to order takeout online. I said the order online menu only lists double burger (even though their website menu lists single or double) and I wanted single. She said their single is a double. I was speechless.

Excellent - smash burgers !!! They are the best in town. The thanksgiving turkeys were amazing, such a crowd pleaser!!

Tropical BBQ Market is a great place with amazing food, located in the center of West Palm Beach on a side street. The Jimmy red corn cornbread and brisket are highly recommended, and the BBQ sauces are good, especially if you like vinegar. The restaurant serves six different types of meat, including a delicious pulled pork luncheon plate that comes with two sides. The Breakfast brisket sandwich and rotti cheese are must-try items. Many customers enjoy the turkey for lunch, and the portion sizes are decent. The staff is kind, helpful, warm and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Although a bit pricey, the quality of the food is excellent, a culinary experience. The brisket hoagie, with the peppers, and pickled onions was great. The ribs were smoked perfect and had a great taste. The sauces were good as well. The atmosphere is cutesy and different, with high ceilings and counter seating along the windows. Overall, it offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious BBQ options for breakfast and lunch, and many customers express their intention to return.
