Great starfruit BBQ every other time, but I went in there at 5:30 and they had everything put away,so I asked are you closed? Like no,I can tell she was pissed ,with a fake smile ,giving 1 small potatoe ,usually got 2 any other time, just gave me bare minimum had to take everything out from the fridge, and were just scrambling back and forth. So much negative energy ,it took my appetite away, like made me an inconvenience. Everything was luke warm ,when I got home it was gross. Made me feel sick,I only ate half of it to. Don't get me wrong it's usually delicious, FYI get there before 5 pm.

My first time at Tropical Smokehouse was unfortunately a disappointment. For a $26 meal, the portion sizes were far below what I expected. The brisket sandwich had less than 3 ounces of meat, the single smoked gator sausage I tried was lukewarm, and the yucca was only mildly warm—nothing felt fresh or worth the price. On top of that, the total came to about $90 for three people, which felt unreasonable given the quality and serving sizes. Service was lacking as well—I wasn’t asked once if I needed a refill, and my drink sat with melted ice. Overall, I left very unsatisfied and disappointed with both the food and the service.
Food is delicious, quality excellent. A culinary experience. Service is warm and friendly.
Atmosphere may be improved, for example lights, plants, background music. Highly recommended

I've been looking for good BBQ in
Palm Beach County, I finally found it. Brisket was very good, Brownie was great. Fair prices as well. Can't wait to come back. 😁

The brisket hoagie, with the peppers, and pickled onions was great. I didn't care for the Key lime pie. The atmosphere was different but cute. The customer service was amazing.

Really good bbq in downtown West Palm Beach. The lady behind the counter was super nice and explained the menu. Ordered the ribs platter with Sweet Potato and Plantains. The ribs were smoked perfect and had a great taste! The sauces were good as well! Will be back again for sure!

Great place for a BBQ meal or sandwich. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful when I had questions about their menu. Will be my go to place whenever I'm in West Palm Beach.

I had the opportunity to visit this place yesterday with my coworker, and I was very satisfied. I was looking for something different yet healthy and comforting. It offers a healthier option to barbecue without all the heavy carbs and greasy cheesy macaroni. Don’t get me wrong; I love barbecue and all the sides, but I can’t always consume unhealthy food anymore—it doesn’t agree with me.
I appreciated that they had really good healthy veggie sides to pair with the smoked meats. I ordered the jerk turkey, which is a lean cut of meat, along with a baked sweet potato—an option you can never go wrong with—and the broccoli salad, which was fresh and quite good. To drink, I had the mango punch, which was light and refreshing.
My coworker ordered the ribs, which were succulent, flavorful, and tender. I preferred my coworkers ribs over the jerk turkey, but she also enjoyed a cucumber salad that was fresh and seasoned with dill. While dill isn’t my favorite seasoning, if you like it, you should definitely give it a try. Overall, it was a good meal, and the the complimentary pickled onions and pickles was a nice touch!
If you’re in the area, please check them out. They have two locations, which is great.

Most of the good stuff from the main restaurant. Friendly service. It would be nicer if they had real plates and silverware like a fine dining counter-serve place (i.e., Panera).
