Can with my kids to grab a smoothie and she had the nastiest attitude and while she made the drinks she slammed and threw the blenders in the sink. I asked her if she was ok and if she didn’t want to make the drinks. Clearly this employee is having a bad day because all the customers were saying something. My kids felt real un easy being there. Employees need to keep their attitudes out of a business where it can make a customer not want to be there

We have three tropical smoothies where we live and we go out of our way to come to this location because the owner in the employees treat you so very wonderfully. It’s a must go to!

i’m writing this as i’m pulling out of the parking lot. the girl working the counter at 12:30 on 3/30/25 made the best smoothie i have ever had. i wish i could’ve gotten her name for the review! she was so nice! i will always come back to this tropical smoothie from now on!

Amazing service!!! We had a huge party of about 30 girls come in after a sports game and the staff was friendly, fast and efficient! Thank you to those workers who helped us.

I really enjoy coming here. The drinks are really good. I do think they’re way overpriced. The atmosphere is just OK. It’s not a place that you feel like you could go with your friends and hang for a while and have a good lunch. The seats are kind of uncomfortable And it’s a little crowded. .

As I said, I do really like the smoothies I think the other items on the menu are average to above average. The only thing really good are the smoothies, but everything is a bit overpriced.

This is my go to tropical smoothie store I’ve came a couple of times the same guy gets me everytime his name is “a n”
He’s always quick and makes me feel welcomed also the store looked very cleaned as well. smoothie taste great every time! The last time I came the owner was there and he was so sweet to give me a coupon for a smoothie my next visit ($3 only) it was so nice of him I come all the time and always tip his workers

This is the best run franchise I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When door dash failed to pick up an order the owner called me to help me get my refund. Since I was covering at work he even delivered my food personally to me with his own vehicle. Aside from that the store is very well run and organized. Sometimes when you walk into an establishment you can just tell they are on point. This locations has never let me down and always deliver the same great taste and never skimp on ingredients.

I’m 100% honest with my reviews. I absolutely love tropical smoothie and I go very often. This was my first time at this location and it gets thumbs down 👎🏾 I’m not sure if someone was new who made my smoothie and Bahama mama bowl but my smoothie taste like a frozen cup of water with a pinch of flavor. I paid for extra strawberries and didn’t taste an ounce of strawberries. My bowl was 90% granola 3% smoothie and the rest is the toppings 👎🏾 so I will not be back to this specific location.
