My order wasn’t ready when I got there, which is not a big deal because of the lunch rush. But the person making the food clearly had no clue what was going on and when she finished people’s order, she’ll just put it to the side instead of putting to the cabinets made for pick up or calling out their name. I got 2 food items and a smoothie. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my food items, which had no additions, requests, or otherwise. Also, I’ve ordered these particular items before at other locations and it wasn’t like this at all. The Chipotle Chicken flatbread I received today was 80% lettuce and 20% bread. I think there was maybe 1 piece of chicken and hardly any sauce. This location is clearly understaffed, which is resulting in poor service and food.

My favorite smoothies in WPB, no better alternative that I’ve found! Nice looking location but prices are a bit higher than other locations I’ve visited.

This place is OUTSTANDING!!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Great customer service overall. The wraps and the sunshine smoothie were the best! Jessica was the sweetest soul, working very hard and still put a smile on every face that walked in. 10/10!!!!

I came in today and ordered a flatbread and smoothie and the worker, Leana got my order done so fast and made it perfectly! I can’t wait to come back next time and order more things!
