If I could give Zero stars I would. Over a 45 minute wait for 3 simple, basic, easy menu items. Detox smoothie, chicken ceaser wrap & small acai bowl. Never received a receipt for my order, then the manager began saying it's "not my fault" that my order of basic menu items is taking over 45 minutes. Coming to Tropical smoothie for years, never coming back.

Man this is unacceptable I ordered there every day I always get my icai bowl messed up today I ordered and they didn’t have granola they put oatmeal like how and she said her manager told her to put oatmeal they don’t even let you know that they’re putting something else in your stuff like what if I was allergic to it cause I didn’t notice that until I take a bit this is not okay and when I called the girl was laughing as if it was funny

The food is good. It's a way better alternative to the common fast food restaurants so I'm really glad this place exists. Yes some days there are mistakes but most days are good so I don't mind!

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito and the eggs basically dissolved in my mouth it was so gross. Smoothie was good but still has so many chunks of ice in it. Peanut Butter banana flat bread was delicious.

Food is good but the service was extremely disrespectful. My sweet friend ordered a salad and they messed up her order, but instead of responding apologetically, they tried to convince her that it was her fault. Very rude and inpatient staff. Do better
